Update 6/9/24: Unfortunately, the quality of the pizza at this location has gone downhill. They roll the dough out so paper-thin that it’s see through. We had to eat our pizzas with utensils because we couldn’t pick them up. The last cheese pizza we bought was cut badly which made the slices extremely uneven.
The kids don’t like when we get pizza here and that’s saying something.
Update 2/18/22: I’ve changed my review from 5 stars to 3 stars.
This used to be our favorite pizza place. We come here every Friday and buy 4 pizzas (2 cheese 2 pep). We place our order through the app and use the QR code to pick them up from the pizza portal. It was great! We were in and out in less than a minute! Unfortunately, they won’t put our pizza in the portal anymore, and when I asked why, they said it was because they can’t put more than 2-3 pizzas in the portal (even though the portal is empty every time we stop by). Now we have to wait in line to pick up our order. I hate to complain, I really do, but this is a huge inconvenience. It’s enough of an inconvenience for me to order pizza elsewhere. We loved the convenience, but that’s gone now :(
Update 11/2/21: The pizzas have been absolutely fantastic! There was a learning curve, but now they are properly covered in cheese. The kids always comment on how the pizza is so much better here. A little tip though. Order through the portal using the app. It’s so easy and you don’t have to wait in line. We always get looks whenever we get our pizzas through the portal, but you can too! We aren’t special!
Original review: We are so happy a Little Caesar’s opened up in this location! Not only is it right up the road from our house, but it’s good pizza. The crust is thick, the pizza tastes great, and they don’t add the annoying crumbs on the bottom of the pizza.
We used to drive to the Kaysville location for pizza like this, but now it’s right up the road. Our only complaint is the cheese pizza. It wasn’t fully covered in cheese, but I know this place just opened and the employees are learning. It won’t stop us from getting pizza here each Friday!...
Read moreEvery single time I visit this location I regret it. I was so happy there was going to be a little caesars this close to my house well in the 3-6 months they’ve been open not once have I had a good or fast experience here. The evening crew is all children not a sense of leadership in anyone. Who’s running this place? They’ve never had pizzas “hot n ready” through dinner rush. It’s like they don’t know their store yet. How long is it going to take for you to realize people eat between 5:30-6:30. That’s going to be your big pop. Why are you never ready? I’ve never once left a review for any restaurant because I myself run a pizzeria so I know the struggles but this location isn’t even trying to get better. I’ll drive to the other side of town from now on. 30 minute wait on wings? Little ridiculous if you ask me. And this pizza looked like you added grease to it! Terrible just terrible. Hopefully you guys go over reviews weekly but from seeing how these shifts are ran I doubt...
Read moreI have never had an issue with Little Caesars until tonight. I opened my pizza box and was appalled. First off, it was cold when I picked it up. Next, literally one third of the pizza didn’t have cheese on it. Third, the crust was soggier than a swamp. Fourth, the pizza was just randomly thrown on, leaving the center of the pizza with no toppings. Lastly, the pizza looked like it was cut my a kindergartener, leading to cheese being melted to the box between the slices, so I had to scrape cheese off to have what scanty amount of toppings I could salvage.
Oh also, last time I came here, 3-4 weeks ago, all I had was an extra most bestest, and I had to wait over an hour because they supposedly forgot to print my order ticket and kept giving them away to others as they came out...
