As a first responder, my days often start before dawn and stretch well into the night. The quest for a coffee that not only wakes me up but also resonates with my values led me to Black Rifle Coffee in Utah. From the first sip, it was clear that this was not just any coffee. The robust flavor, bold and smooth, was a beacon of alertness and comfort during my long shifts.
But Black Rifle Coffee is more than its exceptional brew. It’s about the community and camaraderie it fosters, especially among those who serve and have served. The company’s commitment to supporting veterans and first responders speaks volumes, creating a sense of belonging and appreciation that’s rare to find.
Visiting the shop, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, a place where stories are shared, and laughter fills the air, making it a brief but needed respite from the demands of the job. The staff, many of whom have served, immediately understand the language of service, making every visit personal and meaningful.
Each cup of Black Rifle Coffee is a reminder of the strength, resilience, and dedication that define the law enforcement and military community. It’s more than just caffeine; it’s fuel for the soul, offering a moment of peace amidst the chaos.
In short, Black Rifle Coffee doesn’t just serve great coffee; it serves a great cause, making each visit an experience I look forward to. It’s my go-to spot, where I feel seen, supported, and revitalized, ready to face whatever the day holds. Highly recommend it to my fellow officers and anyone who appreciates a quality cup of coffee with a side...
Read moreThe coffee is alright. And the shift workers and leads are great! thats why im giving this 2 stars. The management on the other hand? Absolute joke. Name a store where the employee of the month (voted by their peers) puts in their 2 weeks notice the day it was awarded to them. Someone tell me why EVERY store in Utah has an Assistant General Manager but this store does not? You have a corrupt General Manager working here as an out of state transplant that insists she doesnt need a AGM because her paychecks are bigger. Instead! Shed rather make the employees do the work she is PAID to do, and reap the benefits. Explain how harrasment claims have been presented by MULTIPLE employees to the district manager and HR and NOTHING has been done. This store will offer you raises and promotions and wont follow through. Coming from the military and knowing how leadership is structured... this store is a JOKE. No where have i seen such poor leadership. Theres no family, theres no spirit, the idea to lift those up around you and push them to succeed in the company doesnt exist! The GM openly walks around telling employees she needs people to quit so her manning #s make her look good! All at a job that she isnt even doing! If youre planning on working here.. id reconsider. Unless its at a different store thats hopefully not corrupt. For reference the employee of the month mentioned above was offered the GM position at another non BRCC coffee shop where all this bull sh** ISNT going on. So, if youre currently working under this regime... Know your worth, because they...
Read moreI recently had a negative experience with the general manager at Black Rifle Coffee Company. She refused to hire an assistant general manager solely based on the fact that her paycheck would have been higher than the general manager's. Moreover, several harassment claims had been made against the general manager, yet HR did nothing to address this. This lack of action is appalling and unacceptable.
I find it outrageous that someone in such a position would show complete disregard for the safety and well-being of employees. Furthermore, I question how long this individual has been able to remain in a position of power. It's hard to believe that such behavior is tolerated or overlooked in any workplace.
I want to strongly advise all current and future employees, customers, and colleagues of Black Rifle Coffee Company to avoid this individual at all costs. Respect, honesty, and transparency should be the foundation of all businesses. The current general manager displays none of these qualities and should be removed from their role...
