Burger King — Restaurant in League City

I know there may not be something to highlight about a fast food chain restaurant, but in this case I'll take a few minutes to write about this one. I'm just leaving and I'm really pleased with my experience here. This is the first BK where I see that employees have such a nice customer oriented service. Jay, the manager I think, took my order while he was preparing other Drive-Thru orders. I told him that I wasn't in a hurry, that he could take his time to finish and then take my order on the counter and he smiled and thanked me. After he finished the orders he took mine. Once I had my order and I was sitting eating, he went through all the seats asking each customer if everything was fine and if there was anything we needed. For as much people hate on fast food, there is a reason for it. I go on walks every day, and whether it's getting a breakfast sandwich, or a chicken sandwich. Sometimes just a drink or when it's really hot outside, getting an ice water and somewhere to sit so I don't get a heat stroke. This is the nicest (Not just cleanliness) atmosphere you will ever find. The staff care about their guest. They check on you. Ask if you need anything. The food is always hot. Always timely. I enjoy stopping here on my walks, again even if it's just for a soda and to sit for a moment. I always feel welcome. I recommend this location to any and everyone, even if your just thirsty for something to drink. Even have a TV.

Came in to eat at 8:45. Mind you they are open until 11pm. The lady taking the order in pictures below was not very friendly and I paid for my meal with a large drink. I wanted sweet tea and they didn’t have any in the lobby so she went to the back to see if they had anymore. They did, but declined to make more because they are too busy playing on their phones. So I only got one cup of tea instead of a second or third refill if I wished. Phones are some of the dirtiest devices ever and she is on her phone and then touching food. Absolutely disgusting! The owner of this location needs to terminate some of these employees immediately. These employees clearly do not care. I will not be...
