I don't know which restaurant y'all went to eat at, but I wish it were the same for us. We went into the restaurant and were seated right away, but with no menus. They came about 10 minutes later to take drink orders, and after another 8 minutes, they brought us waters... none of the drinks we ordered.
By the time we finally got our drinks, we STILL had no menus. Thinking it was just an honest mistake, we asked for some. We got 1. For 5 people. When we asked for more, our cashier rolled her eyes, huffed and took her sweet time getting them.
Within the next 10 minutes, we still had not ordered, but yet 2 families had come and already received their food. When they came to FINALLY take our order, we simply asked them for the check to pay and go elsewhere. She went to speak to (who I am assuming was the shift manager) who came over and asked "what's wrong." We explained the situation and again, asked for the check. He went to get it. It was $25 for a margarita and 4 lemonades.
Normally, I don't take the time to write reviews, as most of the bad experiences we have are honest mistakes and things happen, especially during this time. This was so far in their control, however, that it was disappointing as a manager myself. There was no apology, there was no compensation, and we wasted $25 on less than unsatisfactory service.

I was charged incorrectly for my cheese enchilada plate and when I brought it to the managers attention he wanted to argue over what was clearly written on the menu verses what was on my check. Instead of correcting it properly he took off .50 instead of the $1.75. People make mistakes.....I understand. But this guy was arrogant. I went to the sister restaurant to find out if anyone cared about how this manager was representing the company? I explained that I just want to be treated like they would and that I wanted the full difference in the charges refunded. They apoligized profusely and took my number so I could get a full refund. Read moreTerrible experience. A different server had to take our food order & drink order after waiting on our server who was just wandering around wasting her time. Then the same other sever served all of our food & brought us the margarita we ordered from her 20 minutes before!! She actually sat another table & brought them drinks. Then said, oh! He’s making it. After she made their drinks!! Seriously 🙄 She forgot us once again fir the 4th time!!. But, did tell the manager everything & that we could have left while 3 tables waited but I had to actually get up & walk to her to get our ticket!! He just said sorry. Told him it was our first time & we’ll never back. He just said sorry once again & didnt even try to say it’s normally not like that or anything else.
