Luigi's Pizzeria - League City, TX (South Shore) — Restaurant in League City

The absolute WORSE customer service. I placed an order and was told I called the wrong location. The lady at the register had an extremely nasty attitude along with a nasty work outfit. (I should have known) I waiting over 20 minutes for my order and finally asked to just refund it. Mean while a couple that came in after me was hand delivered their food and still no communication on how long mine would take. When I asked for a refund she again with a nasty attitude said “oh it will be another 3-4 minutes”. I finally told her I did not want the food and that she had an extremely nasty attitude. She agin wanted to argue. I asked for her manager. She advised me she was the GM (wow) and sent me to another location on HWY 3 that has absolutely no affiliation with this location. I Sure she knew this. I have never had this type of behavior. There is a younger gentleman who is usually there that has the absolute best customer service. He makes sure you are greeted and feels welcome. This GM you have needs more customer service etiquette. I’m sure she’ll Alina take that the customer was nasty because she obviously lies. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I spent over $50 on two pizzas but never even got the chance to eat them. When I first called, the staff member was helpful and assured me the order would be refunded or remade, and that the manager would follow up at 3 PM. Unfortunately, I never received a call. When I reached out again at 6 PM, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the issue. It felt like she was more interested in asserting authority than helping a customer. Fantastic Late-Night Dining Experience!

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Even though they were about to close, they welcomed us in and served us delicious pasta and pizza. The service was truly exceptional—John went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we needed. It’s rare to find such great service and hospitality, especially so late in the evening. We will definitely be coming back....
