Me and my sister went to McDonald’s Saturday and the line was pretty slow. We were kinda gettin irritated we waited so long in the line to finally get to the speaker box, and it was the employees that were taking so long. They took forever to bring out a large water we literally got that last and he kept tryin to send us off with out our complete order. Our fries were disgusting and cold We didn’t even eat them. The frape they made was nasty they forgot to give pickles on the side took forever to bring out a small thing of pickles it does not take 10 minutes to bring some pickles out they were in there playing around, talking and laughing when they had orders and costumers to tend to. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. And the guy who had us at the window was rolling eyes his eyes you can tell his attitude was there. His name was nick and he needs to be fired the worst costumer service I have ever experienced we spent money and didn’t even eat. Read moreMcDonald's is either a hit or miss and this Location was okay. I stopped to eat with my friend and the dine-in ordering experience wasn't the best. I think the kid who was on front counter should pay a little more attention and try to wait until someone atleast finishes the order itself because I said "10" and was cut off and asked "10 what?? Huh??" And I looked at him and said "I'm trying to tell you" and said "10 piece nugget meal large fry but medium drink" he said "ok 10 piece with medium fry large drink" I said my order slowly to him and had to correct him because he was trying to tell me my total before I finished. The good news is he asked for sauces so you'll get sauces. By the time I got my sprite the I think? manager in the grey shirt was standing there quietly and caught me off guard. Read moreCoffee was horrible, the kiosk prints the receipt you need under the hearing aid box and is impossible to see when it pops out. The manager tells me after looking all over the kiosk for the receipt exit hole "here it is" and waves it in my face, on in a snooppy tone. I told her I couldn't see where it popped out at. She tells me I don't have to get mad. Mad.. ?
That's how you are going to talk to me after you ignored me at the kiosk and helped out another ethnic person closer to your ancestry then I? Come on man. You ignored us from the time we walked in. I can't complete my order without the receipt.
What the heck is ARCH debit cards? I probably could have completed the order without your assistance if you didn't use acronyms on the kiosk which aren't common when describing debit cards.
Also, move your electronic hand sanitizer from the kiosk area... It automatically squirted all over me when I got close to it.
