Can we just be done with the League City Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen? It's time for the entire place to be completely overhauled. My mom went through the drive through tonight. The lady at the window spilled the drink all over her and she got flustered. She came home to realize that she couldn't find her credit card. So, naturally she called up there to see if the manager could look for her card. What was his response? He screamed at her yelling"I don't have the time to look for your card. I'm busy" She asked him again to look, confirming that he refused to look for the card. Confronting him with the fact that she could hear him at the drive through window so her card would be right there.....he refused. A few minutes later I called up there. He immediately started screaming at the top of his lungs at me again claiming he didn't have the time to look. I then informed him that if, as the manager he refused to even look for the card, I consider that as theft and would be calling the police. He yelled "Your threats don't scare me. Send them here. I'll tell the police what I think of them and you." League City dispatch was extremely helpful and was ready to address the issue while I continued to comb my mother's car just in case she dropped her card when the drink drenched her. I ended up finding the card under her seat and called dispatch to tell them so. Regardless of finding the card, there is no reason that a manager should ever handle the situation like that. Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen in League City is horribly managed and apparently the manager has an issue with police, judging by the above statement he made. Read moreIncompetence at every level. This location had the slowest service for a fast food place I have ever experienced and honestly I don't know why I stayed in line. Not only that, but the employees were both rude and completely clueless. When I finally got up to the window after what felt like at least 20 minutes (the previous customer handed back his food and drink and seemed to leave with a refund) the worker reads me the wrong total then gets upset as if it was my fault. Then he gives me the wrong receipt and forgets my sauce and drink that I payed for. As he's handing me the drink he mumbled something like the drink is free because blah blah as if I didn't pay for it with the combo. At this point I don't have the patience to double check my food because if it's wrong I know its going to be another 20 minute wait so I'm prepared to cut my losses and leave to not waste any more of my day. I get home and it's bone-in chicken when I clearly ordered boneless because its cleaner and easier to eat and of course they forgot to put napkins and something to eat my red beans and rice with. Overall it just felt like I was expecting these guys to build a rocket ship and fly it to space just to get some "fast" food and I left the experienced much more stressed and tired than if I would've just eaten nothing. If I could rate 0 stars I would, everyone who was there today needs to be fired probably the management too. Most incompetent awful fast food experience I've ever had out of many years worth. Read moreI use the drive-thru and I could barely hear the girl talking on the speaker. Even after I let her know three times I can barely hear you and can't understand what you're saying at all she did not improve the volume nor did she speak louder. Then after I place my order she charge me way too much. I questioned her about it and all she did was restate what I ordered instead of answering my question. We went through this two or three times. Then whenever I told her just charge me the other way and give me the combo that way it'll be less money and I'll get more food for it she had an attitude with me because she had to go get her manager. Then whenever I asked her if she gave me a receipt she said yeah it's in the bag. I sat there in the Drive-Thru and dug through all the bags and there was no receipt. She turned around and walked off. So after sitting there for about 3 minutes staring in the window I finally had to blow my horn at the manager who wouldn't look out the window either. Keep in mind while this is happening there are four cars behind me waiting at least. Ask the manager for receipt she didn't say no problem I'll have that right away or anything she just turned to the register last a few buttons and produce the receipt that she stuck out the window. We left a needless to say we won't be back to that Popeyes. That's a shame oh I almost forgot I asked for spicy chicken they told me it would be a 20 minute wait.
