RCC Resale Store — Local services in League City

This place throws your donations in the trash. I donated a lot of children toys and stuff that was all new condition. The next day it was posted for sale on Facebook... If I would've known that it was going to be sold online for someone to make money off the stuff. I wouldn't have donated it to what I though was a great cause. I should've found someone that needed them and gave it to them. When I commented on the for sale items, they said the items were in the trash and I should not donate to that place. When I dropped the items off the lady was excited cause it was toys and stuff they needed. Lesson learned, I will not be donating to this place ever again. I get people buy stuff from resale shops and resell to make money but to throw away donations that are needed is...

An employee was making copies of my daughters community service paperwork and the volunteers in the back were reading her paperwork and mind you my daughter is a minor all her personal info was on that paper. They told the young man they arent comfortable with her doing her hours there because she could hurt them. They said all this in front of my daughter ( my daughter got into a fight at school) the young man then proceeds to tell me I would need to call and speak to the manager which I did the day before and got approval for her to volunteer. Very unprofessional and the volunteers should not be allowed to be reading peoples confidential...

One of the lady's working here was rude and tried disciplining my son for pulling out a shopping cart. I was standing right next to him but out of her sight. Before I could even tell my son to put it back, she snapped. This left a bad taste and will not be back. Older women always think they have some right to tell children what to do... when they should be speaking to the parents NOT the kids. My son was never left...
