My daughter and I took my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter for the free trial and she really enjoyed her dance class. The only thing that I personally didn’t like was as soon as we walked in they didn’t seem very welcoming or try to talk to us. They just handed us a paper and said something really fast to my daughter and handed her two pairs of shoes for my granddaughter and didn’t explain anything else. We had to figure out what to do next by watching everyone else. Also, her being new and has never been to a dance class in her life. I really would of liked if she could of had a more of a guide. At least for a little bit. I realize there’s other children in class but I would of liked her to have a little more attention being it was her fist time and have someone stand next to her at least for a bit and guide her through some of the dance steps. We weren’t really explained anything or personally introduced to the teachers. The other two teachers in there were too busy chasing a couple of little girls around that were acting out or just wanting to play. And that’s ok. I understand that happens. But I just really wish she would of had a little more attention at least on her first day. I feel like it was all rushed and it was a little chaotic. Overall, she still did pretty well on her own. Not sure yet how to feel about this...

This studio is a true gem in League City! My daughter started in the twinkle babies at age 2 and then moved to broadway babies. She loved the stage and her teachers! As she started to get more involved in sports we had to take some time off. This summer was our first time back in the studio in 2 years. The teachers welcomed her with open arms, even remembering her name.
I saw the true determination of their owner Jeff during hurricane Beryl. He did not give up and was able to secure generators and air conditioning units so the kids could practice for their production and hold the performance the weekend after a hurricane! It was truly “the show must go on.” During all of this, never once did my 6 year old feel any stress or worry. When a long weekend of performances was over I thought for sure she would be exhausted but she said “I want to do that 100 more times!”
Jeff, Sarah and their amazing staff have my heart and that of my 6 year old....
Read moreThe past few summers my daughters have participated in the musical theater camps offered at BAAC. Every performance I am amazed at how they produce such a great show in a limited amount of time with such young children. BAAC is one of the few camps that considers the needs of working parents with camps that go from 9-5 and offer early care. They even have cameras to check in on what your kids are doing during the day. My kids love all the staff and look forward to seeing friends they have made every summer.
This year was the first year of taking year round voice and theater classes. It is the one activity where my daughter is eager to go every week and there is already a noticeable difference in not only her singing, but in her confidence. The recital was very well organized with great communication for parents.. Over the years my kids have been at different studios and never have I seen the truly joyful smiles of so many children as at the BAAC recital. Thank you to all the staff for proving such a warm learning...
