CPR Cell Phone Repair — Local services in League City

I was referred to this business by Asurant, the insurance provider for my cell phone. When we walked in the place was absolutely spotless! They had a great amount of inventory! Wonderful, didn't have to go several places afterwards to get what I needed. The gentleman that helped me was great! He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all electronics. The really good thing is could do repairs on a variety of equipment. He fixed my phone in less than an hour, also help me purchase a screen protector and a phone case.The gentleman's name was Nabell and his customer service was SUPERB! I don’t usually do reviews. But I dropped my phone and the insurance company sent me to CPR to repair. I arrived and the guys were very professional and let me know that I needed to leave the phone and I would be contacted in about 2 hours. Once I arrived to pick up the phone I was told my screen had to be replaced. And it was all done and ready, I got home and couldn’t hear people that was calling my phone. I called to the store and the gentleman said just to come back so he could take a look at it. I visited this shop for a diagnostic on my laptop and was quoted $65, which I was fine with. However, when it came time to check out, I was asked for a "budget" of up to $150 so the technician could start repairs without further approval. I made it clear I only wanted a diagnostic with a cost breakdown before deciding on any repairs.
