Love food truck parks and this was my first time at this one. Many spots were closed at 3pm on a Saturday, but the one I came for was open; Brito's A Texan-Venezuelan fusion spot
They were out of their Brisket Arepa and the Brito Burger, as they mentioned those sell out fast and they were closing soon at 4pm, but that was ok with me, I'll def be back for those another time.
Ended up getting: Street Burger Taquenos Fries Chicken Empanada
Everything was excellent.
BUT
This burger...
Im trying so hard to think of a better burger I've had, tailored so well to my preferences, and I'm grasping at nothing.
Legitimately, I think this is my all-time favorite burger now.
I went back to compliment the chefs on all the food, but particularly call out the burger.
The smiles on their face were worth it. The wife mentioned that it's their lowest selling burger because it's considered their "American" burger and people are more drawn to the Venezuelan fusion ones but mentioned they always have those people who tried it come back to tell them how much they enjoyed it.
The husband mentioned came forward to mention how it's his personal favorite, and he's glad I enjoy it as much as he does.
I'm kinda glad the Brisket Arepa and the Brito Burger was sold out now lol
Definitely my new favorite burger spot, and such a solid Venezuelan spot as well. The Fries were hot, crispy, and fluffy on the inside. Perfect. The Tequenos were my comfort food and didn't disappoint. The Chicken Empanada had a light, crisp shell and packed on the inside.
All, in all, one of my favorite food trucks and it's dangerous how close it is to my house lol

Read moreI stopped here on a whim after picking up a few things from the local farmers market, and I am so glad I did! I had heard some good things about Brito’s so I decided to give them a try for breakfast. My eyes (along with my stomach) were immediately drawn to the bacon, egg, and cheese on their brioche bun. I truly don’t even know where to begin-it was mind blowingly good. Really fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, cheese, and a nice spread of the jalapeño aioli which was surprisingly not spicy at all (I can’t do spicy). The star of the show though was the homemade brioche bread that they make fresh. Soft and buttery, and it really brought the whole sandwich together. It melted in my mouth. The owners couldn’t have been nicer, order was ready in a timely manner, and my only regret was that I didn’t order another! I will absolutely be back and can’t wait to try their burgers. You have to try out...
Read moreY’all, if you haven’t experienced the Texan-Venezuelan flavor explosion this food truck is serving up, what are you even doing with your life?
Let’s talk about the brisket arepa: tender, smoky brisket nestled in a golden, crispy arepa shell, with avocado and pickled onions that make your taste buds do a happy dance. It’s savory, it’s crunchy, it’s basically your new best friend.
Oh, and those fries? Golden perfection. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—like little potato hugs for your mouth.
And don’t sleep on the avocado toast with egg—it’s proof that even the classics can slay when done right.
Honestly, everything here is high-end quality with flavors that are bold, satisfying, and downright addictive. I’m not saying you’ll dream about this menu, but… you will.
10/10, highly recommend! Pull up to this truck and thank...
