Qould give zero if i could and sorry this is long...Was at Sunday all you can eat on Sunday Oct 6th at 4:40pm. The last time we ate there, about a month and a half ago, we ordered all you can eat. They asked us to specify what we wanted, just fish, fish and shrimp, or fish, shrimp and chicken. We wanted one fish and fish and shrimp. This time we were served fish, shrimp and shrimp with with 2 LARGE drinks. Guy rang up our order and walked away while my wife was putting in her card. The receipt kicked out and we stood there waiting to get our receipt. No one returned back to us at the register. We were the ONLY ones in the lobby and the reason guy walked off is because a car arrived in drive thru. So us and one car. Stood at register for 5 min. They walked around in the back like we weren't there. I'm thinking the black female was manager and she walked from the food prep side to the other side closest to the register, and didn't even look at us standing there. There was her, the guy at the fryer, and the guy that rang us. So we got no receipt and no large drink cups. The food came up when I was getting the napkins . There was no cocktail sauce, no ketchup, no pumps at all as well as no packets of any of it. So, when she brought out the food, she was rude when I turned to talk to her to ask for our drink cups and our receipt. My wife was standing at the wi dow and she RUDELY AND DISMISSIVELY, asked if we were together before putting the food on the counter. I know she saw us when she walked from the food prep side, TOWARD THE REGISTER AREA, where we were standing at the register when we rang out. So that was a stupid question. I was at the condiment area, not far from window delivery. I walked up and asked for our receipt, our LARGE drink cups and cocktail sauce. We got small cups, 3 cocktail sauce, and still no recipt. She was very rude. When I went up for our first refill of food, the fryer guy came up to the counter as she was filling the next couple that came in after us, that was there 20 min with no food yet (i got a dirty look from them), and asked me what I needed. Told him I need our recipt, our large cups and refill on fish and shrimp. She was put off on my refill request. I got no recipt, no large cups bit he brought our refill to us. I went up one more time, our last request for refill (so only 2 refills of food) and asked for our fish, a few shrimp and coleslaw. She had the guy that rang us up GO CHECK OUR RECIPT TO SEE WHAT WE ORDERED before I got our refill. (She was rude to her workers too.) After we ate, I went up and ordered pumpkin cheesecake, said it three times, and got regular cheesecake! I went to our table and tried it (just in case it was a light colored pumpkin cheesecake) and nope, plain! I was NOT going back up. We left after I at the cheesecake. We will NOT be going back there after this visit. And we have lived in KS, 30 min from this store, for 7 years, and have eaten there atleast once a month if not more. Wow. Just wow...and not in a good way as far as food. The service was awesome. The gentleman that served me was polite, well kept, fast and efficient. I ordered a RB float and it was ready by the time my card went through. However, I ordered a combo. 2 fish, 1 chicken and 4 shrimp with 2 sides...I doubled up on Cole slaw. It's always been a fave of mine from here. I asked for lemon. None. They were out. Ok...malt vin it is. I was so looking forward to this! I don't eat fried food often and this is my go to if and when I do. My food came up fast. I picked it up and was kinda leary about it. It was fried pretty well done...looked like it was cooked in old oil to be honest. It was. Clearly visible by the old fry crusties from other orders. I tried the slaw. Good but not AS good as it usually is...but edible. The shrimp, chicken and fish were all overdone though. Grease was the moisture from it, not natural juices. I was hungry though...so I ate the chicken and shrimp but just couldn't do the fish so I brought it to the attention of the service guy and he easily switched out the fish for me. Like I said. Great service. The new piece wasn't much better so I basically stuck to my perfect float. All in all. The staff is amazing. They seem to be doing their best but from a customer's side? The place needs an overhaul. Grease for trying was old. The service area/condiments area was disgusting and old. Not really clean or sanitized. Usually I take pictures but in truth don't want the staff spanked for what corporate owners should be responsible for. New equipment and presentation of. So yes...the service was great. No...the quality of food was way down. Its sad because I used to love this place! I hope changes are made...

I just moved here. I have no groceries in my place yet so I ordered LJS doordash. I ordered fish and chips with fried shrimp. I asked for tarter sauce, malt vinegar and cocktail sauce. My food came cold(which is fine) but no sauces at all. I called the store and they asked me to come and pick up the sauces. I explained the whole reason I ordered door dash was so I wouldn’t have to leave and interrupt my unpacking. He told me to contact door dash and have them pick up the sauces and deliver. I explained they are not responsible to know what is supposed to be in the bag and I’m not paying another tip for them to bring me sauces. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager and there was nothing he could do. I have no condiments in my house yet. I can’t do my own concoction and I’m not eating fish and shrimp without anything. I spent $20 and I just threw it away. Now I’m eating a plain piece of bread. I was super excited because we did not have LJS where I just moved from and now it looks like I won’t be eating it still. Worse customer service(if you wanna call it that!) so far nothing but mean and rude people in Leavenworth the two days I’ve been here. Not one person has been pleasant. Not at all what I’m used to. AZ people are incredibly kind! So far I’m very sad about being here. I can’t even stop crying at how rude...
