I did a mobile order at this location for over $30 worth of food around 8:40 at night. I selected to pick up the food inside since the drive thru was packed. The store is full of people but the doors were locked. I knocked but everybody just stared at me. I called the store and was told they locked the doors because the lobby was closing in 15 minutes and to just go through the drive thru and to let them know the mobile order situation. So alright fine, I do that. It's my turn at the speaker and I tell the lady my name and that I did a mobile order. She checks and says there's no mobile order on that name. She tells me I need to pull over and check the app. I even explain in detail about checking in for store pick up instead of drive thru and she persists that I get out of line and check the app. There's no way out so I told her I'd speak to her at the window. I get to the window and she glares at me while talking to other customers on the headset. Then once I got her attention and reminded her of our talk earlier, she exclaims that I need to just pull over or contact the app. I showed her tons of proof, including a text message confirmation, time the order was placed, and a list of the food I ordered. She just didn't care and wanted me to leave. Luckily a young girl over heard the conversation and showed a bit of empathy and professionalism. She got the manager and all he had to do was check the front computer for my order. The lady doesn't even apologize, just tells me to pull over and they'll have my food. Then they bring a bunch of hastily made tacos and forget to bring the drinks. Didn't even throw in a...
Read moreHad a pregnancy craving for taco bell on my way home from work on my birthday so I stopped at the one nearest where I live. Ordered 3 of the Deluxe Cravings boxes for my family. 2 were supposed to be with steak and 1 with ground beef. All 3 ended up being steak, which I didn't figure out until I got home and tried to sort them out but not a huge deal. I pulled around to pay and handed the guy at the window 2 twenties ($40) he counted out my change and handed it out but I was pretty sure he short changed me so I asked for my receipt. He handed it out and sure enough shorted me a dollar. I explained that to him and he called the manager up to get me my correct change. Shortly after, the food was handed out. I got home and discovered that not only was one of my chalupas not ground beef but that when I went to eat my beefy 5 layer, there was a hair wrapped up in the end with cheese hanging off it. Seeing that turned me off to eating entirely and I didn't feel like I could let my family eat theirs either. Nearly $30 of food wasted. We have stopped eating out much with the cost of everything rising, but it was my birthday and so we splurged on food. Regretting everything about my...
Read moreMy Mother and I just had a very unpleasant experience at our local Taco Bell. The manager on duty at the time is Hope, the employee at the drive thru window is Charlotte, and there was a third employee ( un-named [Hope didn't give us his name] boy). The car in front of us placed a $60 dollar order and caused the computer to freeze. We were told that it would take 15 minutes to restart the computer. My Mom and I were just going to wait in the line til the computer came online again. The next voice my Mom heard was the un-named boy telling us that they(Taco Bell) couldn't take orders for 15 minutes and to get out of our(Taco Bell's) drive thru. My question to you, is; Where were we supposed to go? There was a car in front of us waiting for their food, and a car behind us who was wanting/trying to order food too? When we pulled up to the window Hope told my Mom that she spoke with un-named boy and corrected the problem. Hope didn't give me a receipt with store information or any names because they (Taco Bell) was out of cash...
