Burger King — Restaurant in Lebanon

So basically I requested tonight to eat at Burger king we ordered it to go, the guy repeated our order back correctly they had no one else but his girlfriend was inside with his child at the time of placing our order. I paid and he was looking over our receipt then handed the receipt to me and said nothing so I thought everything was okay. Once we got home my daughters sandwich was not in the bag so I checked the receipt that I put into my pocket and he never put in her sandwich. I understand mistakes happen but why didn't he say something to me when he clearly seen it and knew about it!!! Our order wasn't that long it was for three people and they had no one else. Also the lady who sat our bag on the counter was completely rude just sat our bag on the counter and turned away so I asked politely about if I could get onion ring sauce. Also that's not even the worst part about it , this guy's kid was very sick touching all the crowns when the mom was talking about the kid maybe having pink eye, it's 75 tonight no sub or anything out now and the kid was not clothed at all. Just a diaper on. Needless to say we will not be returning to Burger King any more after this all happened and I hope no other kids get sick over the contaminated crowns are still on the counter. I looked through my order before leaving the parking lot and I noticed that my Bacon Cheesy Tater Tots were not included with the bag that I was given at the Drive-Thru window. I went into the restaurant and I was helped promptly and I was given the missing Bacon Cheesy Tater Tots. When I got home to have my meal with my family my wife was upset with the fact that her Whopper Jr. had onions on it when my order clearly said no onions on the sandwich and her sandwich also did not have cheese on it that I ordered and I paid extra for. I also noticed when I got home that I did not receive the BBQ sauce or the Buffalo sauce that I requested for my chicken items. Another thing that I will mention is that I overheard on the Drive Thru loud speaker that the floors in the restaurant where the drive thru employees were working were so wet that the employees had water soaking through their shoes and they were standing on 5 cardboard boxes just to stay out of the water. I'm not sure if they thought that the intercom was muted but I heard all of that and thought it was interesting to add as a note about the working conditions at this particular Burger King. 1-25-25 its been 4-5 years since Ive stopped here. (Old review below) nice modern interior, clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We got 2 $7 deals. Chicken sandwiches, whopper jr, bacon cheeseburger, chicken fries and fries. All of it was fresh and done very well for a really good price. Glad my son talked me into trying them again.

Old: Newly renovated in and out. Swung by the drive through to try their tacos for .99. Only 3 cars in front of us and it took 8 minutes for the first car to get its order. (Have them pull up if it’s not ready!) For the first time in my life I experienced stale tacos. Soggy shell where the meat sat. The rest of the taco was hard as a rock! We bought 4 and threw two+ away. I really want them to be a good fast food place but I give up. Old review: Interior is kind of worn. Servers were freindly. My son and I both ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers @ $1.99 and fries a little after 1pm, it took 9 minutes to get our food. We actually took a bun away and made quad bacon cheeseburgers.
