45 Minutes for Fast Food? More Like a Fine Dining Wait
I pulled into the Taco Bell drive-through thinking I’d grab a quick bite. Silly me. By the time I finally made it out, I felt like I should’ve earned loyalty points for surviving the longest “fast food” wait of my life—45 minutes.
When I got to the speaker, I was informed there’d be a 30-minute wait. At a drive-through. For tacos. I sarcastically said “OK,” figuring maybe they’d chuckle and hurry things along. Instead, the response was, “I’ll get back with you to take your order in five minutes or so.” Five minutes… just to take the order. Not make it, not hand it over—just to acknowledge me again.
If this is Taco Bell’s new definition of “quick service,” I can only assume they’re also redefining “fast food” to mean “eventually, maybe, someday.” Next time I’ll bring a sleeping bag and a Netflix subscription...

Me and my mom was at the N. Lebanon Street Taco Bell on 1-5-24 The service was excellent. Do to me and mom are disabled it can be rough on the both of us I do not know the guy was but is 25 years young and planning on going back to the service He helped us from the time when Mom sat down until we left He even helped me with my walker and even put it in the van the van for me Since this Taco Bell opened Me and mom have been going here since then and a HELL alot better then the other 1 n Lebanon Indiana where there is nothing but a bunch who cares and a manager that is nothing but a total drunk working there Keep up the good work and everyone should be made employees for the...

Breakfast is usually good. The morning staff is friendly and smiling. After noon you can almost guarantee to be missing part of your order. Cheese that should be melted never is. Once they were out of chicken so they just didn’t give me any items I ordered with chicken in them. Called and spoke to a manager and was told to come back tomorrow for a replacement, which is fine but I just wish they would’ve let me know ahead of time and I would have just changed my order.
