EL Picante Authentic Cuisine — Restaurant in Lebanon

Good food at decent prices! Just like everywhere else sinflation has caught up with them so they have raised their prices a couple times over the last year But Hey! That's true everywhere!

The lunch seafood enchiladas are a great option. I don't know if it's real crab or scallops but I do know it tastes really good. I like the cream sauce they put over the seafood enchiladas. Rice and beans are nice extras.

Service can seem slow at times but maybe you're on South of the Border Time once you walk in! Sorry, that's a weak attempt at humor...service is excellent overall.

Don't drink the margaritas (because that'll leave more for me! Just kidding...) Do drink the margaritas and other drinks because they are reasonably priced and they often run specials.

I will definitely go back and I certainly recommend...

I've been going to EL Picante for many years now and have enjoyed it at many locations. I don't know whats changed but its not as good as it used to be and for Mexican food its way too expensive. Price creeps I had lunch special with a friend and our meal was over $30.. I was a little shocked to spend that much for lunch. Food was ok my buddys carnitas were good but had inconsistencies like some parts were extreamly salty and he was complaining to me that it didn't taste right, I tried it to see and it was overly seasoned on one side.

Food inconsistencies and price is the reasons for why I rate it 3 stars. They have done better in the past and if they can make some changes to the food and offer better value on lunch specials I could rate it higher. P.s. I love...

We had an after graduation party of 9. We had too many drinks and too much of the chips and salsa waiting for our food. It took them over an hour to get our dinners out to us. By the time it arrived I didn't even want mine but chose not to be a jerk and send it back. The food was mediocre at best. They did make sure they kept the drinks coming which were really good. We we're trying to order desserts too and couldn't seem to get the waitresses attention so you guessed it a longer wait. My guess is they don't know how to deal with a big customer flow on non-peak days and hours. Totally wouldn't go back for food but if I was in the area I might stop in for some margarita's with Corona plus the...
