Goodwill — Local services in Lebanon

Who I assumed was the manager on duty, took issue with me parking on the side of the building with my truck and trailer (I parked there to be out of the way and not block multiple spaces etc). The employee told me to move. I asked her where was a better spot. She pointed and told me to park across the spots along the front of the store. I clarified with her that she wanted me to take up multiple spots, she said yes. I moved. I went to go back into the store, she had gone and got the police that were tending to an emergency with an older person next door. She proclaimed I was parking where I couldn’t and that I was causing problems. What?!?! So I told the police I had moved and did exactly what she told me to do. The police asked if that was true, she said yes, so the officer asked where she wanted me to park. She actually told me to go park at Walmart and walk back to the store! The officer looked at me, and I said forget it. I’ll just leave. He told me that he wouldn’t spend his money there either. What does the manager do? Mumbles, “and that’s why the police should be defunded”. This happened today around noon. Good luck with that employee....

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE SUPERVISOR IN TRAINING. While checking out there was a young man in front of me who was paying with a credit card and the woman working (missed her name but I know she was a supervisor in training with shoulder length curly brown hair) asked for his ID which he did not have, she just smiled and told him to sign the back of his card real quick and finished the transaction. When I was checking out I handed her my card exaplin I did not have my ID she told me that I HAD TO have it. AFTER JUST LETTING THE YOUNG MAN IN FRONT OF ME COMPLETE HIS TRANSACTION WITHOUT IT. I am beyond angry with this service. Not only is there no signs saying this but also the fact that this "supervisor in training" allowed a handsome young man slide by with out...

If I could rate this place a zero I would. A 1 rating is to good. This establishment and their management team are so mean to their disabled workers. Management is aloud to make outrageous claims against these workers anytime they want. No validity to their claims and fire them simply cause they don't like them.
