Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Lebanon

I introduced my nephews of all ages to this great pizza a couple months ago.. we're chillin I say what u guys want for dinner they all say jets!! And they are super hungry..so I hop on the phone order 2 pizzas and it says 1 hr wait time....pretty long wait time and it's not even a special event day or anything..its been over an hr and no word bout this pizza so I call in 15 mins past an hr..and they say I have to wait anotherrrrr hr now because their driver messed up and took the wrong pizza so now I'm getn cold pizza 2 hrs later smh....they didnt seem to care at all about the inconvenience...or the quality of the food by time it gets here....the service is not up to par. They could've at least assured me that I would still be getn fresh hot pizza by time I get it.. get it together jets...

Highly underrated! SO GOOD!! Tried the BLT and Hawaiian (4pcs/small) pizza. PERFECTION. Jets nails the deep dish and you can taste the quality of their ingredients! My pizzas were exactly as I ordered - 1 with light sauce. Perfect! Hot and ready in promised time. For my fellow ranch snobs - Jet’s has THE BEST RANCH dressing. You can order a bottle to go! DO IT! 😂 The young man (dark curly hair) that helped me was wonderful and kind. Super easy to order. Pricing is a little more than I want to spend tbh but worth it given the quality of the pizza and that mouth watering ranch. Haha. Keep up the good work Jet’s Lebanon!...

Ordered a medium jets pizza was told 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. Was delivered an hour and 20 minutes later, the pizza was room temperature. The box wasn’t even warm. Contacted the store manager, a lady, she offered to remake, it is already 8:30 PM, would not get the pizza until after 9:30. She did not offer a refund or 1/2 off option. Will never order from jet’s pizza in Lebanon on Main Street again. Horrible...
