Every time I visit this location, I regret it. I have never been here when someone was working the front and had to wait a various amount of time to order. One time, the employee said she was on break. That sounds like a management problem. I’ve also had a pickup order turned around backwards beyond reach on the serving counter. There is a beautiful cubby-style setup with alphabetical spots that I’ve never seen used. I was ignored by the kitchen staff and had to ask a different employee about my food. I told her I couldn’t read through the bag hoping she’d pick up on the problem. This store is always dirty and the tables have a sticky film. I ordered an iced coffee today and thought I was actually going to have a positive experience. Even though I waited to place my order, the employee that came to the counter was very and helpful. The kitchen staff however “couldn’t put the cream and sugar inside my coffee because of a possible health code violation”. As a subscriber, I’ve had many iced coffees from this location and many others as I have been traveling a lot. Also, how does the coffee get inside the cup? (An employee has to put it in). I recommend the drive to the Mt Juliet store. It is clean and they prepare your food/drinks. I’ve never felt “gross” like I do when inside the Lebanon store. Unless there’s a new health code for Lebanon only that started this week, I was lied to. Could be the employee, could be the management. Read moreI ordered a salad my wife had to take it back to the window 3 times just to get it right the extra items were on the receipt but guess the person making it does not know how to read or just does not care. was talking to another lady who was trying to get a to go order said she had been standing there 20 min trying to get them to get her order right we got a manager he went and got the cucumber I ordered and dressing I ordered extra dressing got one small container guess the salad did not come with dressing since I only got the extra one I paid for I thought I would come with at least one so I would have 2 but no will have to remember you get no dressing when you pay 9 dollars for a salad not happy with the lunch we ordered at all was the first time at this store even though we live in Lebanon we have eaten several times in the Nashville TN store who is always busy but always got our order right the first time really not sure what the problem is but someone needs to look into it before you loose more customers I know I do not like taking a salad back 3 times so do not think we will be coming back being handicap it's a real pain having to get up go find someone to help unless you want to stand in line just to fix...
Read moreI really enjoy the menu options here. It gives me options that you don't get anywhere else when you're not in the mood for a burger or a chicken sandwich. Plus, healthier options abound! That's one thing I've been aiming for more often so this helps. One other feature I love is the Rapid Pick-up. Order ahead, tell them when you're coming to pick it up and BAM! Ready when you get there! No waiting in line. Nothing. Just come in, grab your food and go. Now, the lack of a fifth star relates to this very feature. Several times I have ordered food and picked it up, the bag (upon inspection) is wet due to some leaking from the food. Whether it's soup or some form of grease, I'm not sure. But the food seemed hastily put together, leading to the mess. Now, one may ask, "Why not speak to management?" Well, Rapid Pick-up is for people like me with very little time to spare, hence I have no time for waiting around to speak to a manager.
