Pros: 1) they've never gotten the details of an order I've placed wrong, 2) the store is clean and spacious, 3) the store is very rarely out of something
Cons:
spotty service (1 star deduction); I placed an order online for in-store pick-up. I arrived 15 minutes later to pick up my order only to wait 15 more minutes before being waited on when there were only 3 total customers in the store (myself included). The baristas allowed 2 men, not wearing masks, to stand at the to go counter, literally belly up like at a bar, while waiting on the orders they just placed. I stood several feet away waiting my turn, just to pick my previously placed order up. Eye contact was made with a number of the persons behind the counter on a number of occasions and yet it took 10-15 minutes to elicit an acknowledgement to my existence. So, by the time I actually got my drink and food, both were room temp.
lack of attention to detail (1/2 star deduction); My order on another occasion was technically "right" but was placed in the bag upside down. So, on my way to work at 530 am, in a dark, dimly lit vehicle, I dig into the spinach-feta-egg white wrap while still holding it in the bag. Because it was upside down, however, the juices were collecting, unbeknownst to me, in the bottom of the bag until, you guessed it, it broke through and soaked my shirt and pants.
lack of face-mask enforcement, see incident in point 1 of cons (additional 1/2 star deduction); how hard would it have been to ask the two men to put on a mask or wait outside for their order to be ready? Yet there they were, belly up at the to go counter, and not once did a starbucks employee ask or say anything about a...
After an 8 minute drive, it takes an additional 15-20 mins once you are there to make your order on a regular basis. Consistently out of Venti cups so your order gets placed in 2 tall cups. 50% of bagel orders are not toasted (when requested). 40% of drink orders are incorrect (simple staple menu items). Do not recommend. Worse Starbucks I have been to in the Southeast. Avoid Fridays - they have the worst service of the week on Friday.
New update: never go here. Out of everything all the time. The manager and his staff do not know how to order things in such a way to where they don’t run out. They have 0 experience stocking a store with supplies and products. This includes: all teas, venti cups, plastic venti cups, lemonade, milks, lids, grade cups, plastic grande cups, cardboard coffee holders, and much more on a weekly basis. The manager says that the lemonade will now be made by a specific machine-making process they are acquiring and this accounts for the lemonade shortage. Unfortunately it doesn’t account for the shortage of just about everything else every week,...
Read moreThe coffee was fine, but the service was terrible. First, when my wife and daughters were deciding what to order, the cashier apparently thought we were taking too long and walked away to the back. We heard her say "taking their sweet time" as she walked back. After she returned and took our order, they forgot to make my wife's pumpkin spice latte. Once they realized this, and finished making it a few minutes later, the drive thru person slammed a cup in front of my wife and loudly said "one decaf cinnamon dolce latte" there was no one else waiting for a drink, so we were confused. After we asked if anyone was making a pumpkin spice latte the entire staff looked at my wife and said, "it's in front of you". They said that the girl working drive thru was talking thru her headset to a drive thru customer when she said "one decaf cinnamon latte".
This group has a lot to learn about customer service.
Needless to say, we will not return to this Starbucks, and we strongly encourage readers of this review to avoid this...
