TacoTime — Restaurant in Lebanon

I am an avid lover of Taco Time. I am from Lebanon and this is where I started my love of their food when I was a youngster (1988 ish). Specifically the Soft Taco with Beef and consider it a treat whenever I get one. However, I have tried the Soft Taco many times at this location over the years since I moved away. It's never been as good as the ones in the Tacoma area where I am now. And the last time it was simply terrible. I stopped in at about 9pm (4/12/2025) and order 2 of them for just over $10, one for me and one for my fiance. There was more tortia than filling, and no sour cream. It was dry and tasted like nothing but tortia bread and the hot sauce I put on it. It was worse than a frozen burrito from the grocery store, at least that has some filling. She didn't finish hers and threw it out after a bite or 2... I was hungry and finished mine. I will not be back there again and I seriously think that the franchise should inspect this location for consistency and quality, and if they will not comply with standards, they should have the Taco Time name removed. If this was my first experience I would assume all stores are awful and I would never eat...

Went in today around lunchtime roughly 11:30 or 12, when I was shown some of the worst service out there! A worker under the name Brandi, was gossiping to coworkers and even customers while pointing, laughing, and saying negative things we could clearly hear through the drive thru window. Even had workers come from the back of the kitchen to stare out the window and laugh at us as well. Hoping they didn’t mess with our food, although it was questionable after the treatment we received. We did however, notice when we returned home that there were items we ordered missing from our bag, presumably left out on purpose. Others in the car were also questioning why such acts of unprofessionalism were displayed in a public place. Hoping this gets taken...

The girls that where working today were amazing! I'm on a special diet and needed help finding something I could eat and They were Absolutely Wonderful! I appreciate the help and kindness! Thank you for taking the time to help me. They have a clean dinning room and bathrooms. This was one of the cleanest taco time I've ever been to. It's a older place but well clean. They also have whole wheat flour tortillas. I enjoyed my special Burrito. The staff that worked the 5:06 pm shift on October 2 was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. Taco Time I hope you take good care of your employees cuz they are doing...
