Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Leeds

Let me start off by saying, I 'used' to love Little Caesars pizza (Leeds, AL) location. When the new store got remodeled, I guess the management an team went with it. With 'okay' staff. Also they no longer serve cheese or pepperoni pizza hot n ready, even if the slogan implys other wise, still leave ya with a 14-18 minute wait. And only serve cheese pizza around 4pm to 6pm, an after ya gotta ask for it like a deep dish or speciality. The store location is cramped an lines can and have jammed up the parking lot. Also whoever is the cook majority of the time, please quit smoking or least wash your hands, I taste the nasty odor of nicotine of Weinstein red on the food, bleh. Though I will leave off the only reason this review received 3 outta 5 stars is because of the clean establishment (interior & exterior) other than that, I bearly go here anymore.

PRO: Cheap eats, clean interior (for the most part), reasonably priced pizza,

CON: super long wait even for simple orders, no longer 'hot n ready' cheese or pepperoni, food occasionally emits a 'smoker' nicotine taste if you choose the closing shift. Ingredient change leaves the pizza feeling 'cheaply' made, no longer fluffy crazy bread, but wet paper with butter.

-FINAL VERDICT: All reviews can change, upon the establishment of this little Caesars does something about the problem. I'd recommend going day time, rather than closing. So if your adventurous then have at it. Just know wait time is 14-21 muinets & plus getting outta traffic in the small...

All the people on here complaining about slow service, cold pizza, or people on here complaining they got there early to pick up their order should know this is not delivery pizza, they are busy during their peak hours, and NO if you show up early before the time your order is ready don't expect it to be ready. If you want fresh out of the oven call and ask maybe? Or make your own. Give these people some credit, you can't expect perfect all the time at any restaurant, quit complaining or go somewhere else!! I call or order online, pick a time for pick up and when I show up at the pick up time it's ready! Busy hours don't cater all the time, they do have other customers to tend to, it's not always on your watch!! If you want parking go in The road, you know their parking is limited due to the other businesses in that building, it is a commercial building! Don't go at busy hours and maybe you all will find parking and their drive thru might just be less crowded. The stuffed crust deep dish was the best I've ever had hands down, can't compare to pizza huts cardboard, cold excuse for stuffed crust. The past 2 months at this store have been horrendous compared to the way this store used to be. We used to come here around once a week for pizza night, but until they get new management, we will take our business elsewhere. There have been 2 times recently where we placed a mobile order, just to get there and they don’t have the pizza. Tonight, waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with the girl acknowledging that she sees me, but ignores me and everyone in the drive thru to take inside orders. Once she comes to the window, they are out of all pizza with the exception of three meat, which I wasn’t going to pay extra for since I would have to pick most of the meat off anyway. I do not blame the girl for this, I place blame on management for not ordering ingredients or staffing properly. The poor employees are clearly overwhelmed due to understaffing.
