Arby's — Restaurant in Leesburg

I do not live in this area or frequented as much as a local would however I was compelled to commend the staff, as they made a major impression on me. First off my son and I were just getting off of a lacrosse practice and decided to choose an Arby’s as our destination we did a Google search and found this one not too far away from where my son practices. We decided to eat in to warm up a bit from the freezing cold. We were the only customers there and we got there at around 8:30 PM. while making my order, I noticed the staff in the kitchen cleaning and was impressed at how busy everyone was. Sitting down with my son he began to eat and over the next half hour or more I continued to observe the entire staff cleaning the entire restaurant, especially in the kitchen moving things that you wouldn’t necessarily think they would move, feverishly sweeping, getting every nook and cranny, this is definitely a place you do not have to worry about cleanliness whatsoever. I can tell you the entire time we were, there was not a single second, that an employee was not moving busily. Kudos to the manager, and the group of employees, that take pride in their work and come together as a team. I even commented to my son upon leaving, this is definitely one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I’ve ever walked into or...

The food here tastes all right most of the time, and there's never been a problem with getting my order correct. Their offerings are becoming more diverse, but despite all of these good things, the execution always leaves something to be desired, leaving me feeling vaguely unsatisfied about the whole meal, each visit.

For instance, there's never enough sauerkraut on the reuben sandwich, and when there is, the bread is actually soggy because they didn't drain it. You can't get any pickles for any sandwich, because they don't have any- odd for a fast food place.. They're really stingy handing out mustard for the Reuben, or any condiments, for that matter.

I love that they have cheese sticks as a side, but by the time they get to you they're already cold and the cheese has hardened. Today my gyro fries were technically correct, but they skipped out on the tzatziki, leaving the whole thing a little bit dry.

On the whole, I think the lackluster environment there has an impact on how well the employees make the food served. It's a shame, because this is the only Arby's that's close. I'd love to go to another one and see if a change in venue equates to a change...

I came here for lunch and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo. I told Elizabeth the server that I did not want mayonnaise on the sandwich just lettuce and tomatoes. When I got the meal all the sandwich had was lettuce. I brought it to Elizabeth attention and she told the lady that made it that I had wanted Tomatoes also. She then asked me to come get 2 slices of tomatoes. She ask don't you want the tomato, I told her to bring them to me to which she turned around and tossed it in the garbage. They charged me $10 dollars for a chicken sandwich that cost 99 cents in McDonald's and then they served it with a nasty attitude.

And don't send me no stupid link asking me to respond with more details. What you need to do is teach your employees manners and to provide excellent service which they don't.

Obviously I only visit once every 3 months since it is in the bottom of the fast food chain but now I won't ever visit it again.

Is bad enough to receive bad food but bad food with bad service...
