Manhattan Pizza Leesburg — Restaurant in Leesburg

Ordered the Four cheese pizza that I have been ordering for months. Got a standard cheese pizza with marinara pizza sauce, tomatoes, and spices. when I asked the young man at the counter why they had substituted the garlic sauce they normally use with marinara sauce. He informed me that they have always used marinara. I then explained that I knew the use the garlic sauce because we can only order the four cheese pizza as a medium because the garlic sauce burns the bread when we order it as a large. I got a blank expression as a response and an oh well.

In the past, when ordering from Manhattan, my family and I have dealt with; wrong orders, missing items, improperly cut pizza, and part of a pizza folded over other parts of the pizza when it gets delivered. We have enjoyed their pizza for years and have been willing to put up with these mistake. But dealing with an argumentative employee about the way they normally make a pizza was the final nail in the coffin.

Until such time as the owner is willing to return to his/her store, properly train the employees, and take responsibility for the disaster his/her restaurant has become. My family and I will not be ordering food from Manhattan Pizza and I would encourage you to...

Very disappointed at this location first time I order a pizza from them I had trouble with the young lady she was taking my order had to repeat myself three times for everything they told me was gonna take 45 minutes to get my order deliver so I called back a minute later and said I’m picking it up I go pick it up my pizza and they tell me my card was declined I checked my card I was charge they were trying to charge my card twice I believe the person that took my order made a mistake and they couldn’t fix it so they want to charge me twice they told me that I have to wait for 3 to 5 days to get my money back from the first time they swipe my card the young man in the register was doing everything to help me the young lady and the other young man that came in the situation if I wanted my pizza I had to swipe my card again I refuse my self and I just left the location went to another pizza place have to order a pizza for the dinner my kids 2hr lost when I was just trying to have dinner with my kids and I didn’t even get one apology for their mistake wouldn’t recommend this place at all so...

The pizza was delicious, the staff was wonderful, the gelato was incredible, the fountain drinks were refreshing and tasted great, and the bathrooms were clean. This was an amazing experience in every way! In 2025, if the only negative part of the experience is how dull the plastic knives were, that says a lot about how amazing the restaurant is!

We were not rushed to order when we were looking at the menu and the employee taking our order was kind and read our order back to us to ensure its accuracy. The pizzas were hot and had plenty of toppings the whole way to the edge of the crust. Great attention was paid to keep the gluten free pizzas safe from cross contamination, as they were in a second pan so that they would not touch where the "normal" crusts were. After we finished eating, we tried free samples of out-of-this-world gelato.
