Bandit Taco Leesburg — Restaurant in Leesburg

I have been going to the Leesburg Bandit Taco location for a year now. When I first started ordering from there everything was fine, the food is tasty and the service was good.

There were mainly female employees when I first started going there, and they were really friendly and would greet you with a smile and good attitude when you approached the register. The food was always ready when I got there, as I order mainly online and pick up in the restaurant and it tells you when to go pick up the order.

Something drastically changed about 4 months ago it seems. There is a heavy male crew with few females working now since about that time. The service got severely worse, and the only reason I would still go was because of the convenience and good food still. Every time I walk up t the register the young male workers look at me as if I have just walked into their house uninvited. They do not greet you at all and wait for the customer to tell them what they want. The males always seem to have a nasty attitude, and seem like they don't want to be there at all.

My experience today was the last straw, and I will never go there again. I ordered online and showed up 5 minutes after the time the food was supposed to be ready. I walk in and wasn't greeted by the male worker at the register, again I got the look of what are you doing here from him. The restaurant was empty and my food was not ready. The rude young male worker at the register went and asked the grill workers about my order and I could tell that they hadn't even started it by the looks on their faces. I waited another 8 minutes to get my food that they hadn't even started. The trend of my food not being ready was another change that came along with a heavy male worker crew.

As I was waiting for my food at the table, I look up and see the rude male register worker looking at me with a smirk on his face. He sees me looking at him then turns to another male worker and they both give each other that got 'em look and smile simultaneously. I don't get bothered by behavior from young service workers these days, I've almost grown accustomed to it actually. But that was the last straw as far as not going there ever again.

It is such a shame too, because the service there used to be amazing. To top it all off, I get home and my order was missing ingredients I paid extra for, which I am sure was done on purpose for whatever reason. I promise, I am no male Karen, and it take's a lot for me to complain. I was never once a rude customer when they were rude, I never reciprocated their attitude towards them. I hope someone in upper management sees this because I am not the only one that has encountered rude workers in this location according to some recent reviews.

P.S. the workers constantly dump a bunch of oil and other stuff on the ground behind their store where there is a lot of traffic. There are constantly boxes of trash there too as well. Just take a look at the back of the store, you will see heavy oil and grease stains on the floor where a lot of people walk and trash boxes...

Date of Visit: August 4th, 2025 | Time: Around 8:30 PM

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received tonight. I placed my order online and arrived on time, expecting to pick up my food at 8:30 PM. I ended up waiting nearly 10 minutes while staff finished with another customer. That’s understandable — but what happened next was not.

Despite clearly being next in line, a young Hispanic male employee completely ignored me and instead started preparing and processing the order of a white male customer who had just walked up. The customer himself even apologized to me, recognizing that I was ahead of him — but the staff member made no such acknowledgment.

After he finished assisting that customer, he didn’t even apologize — he just said, “I’ll be with you in a second,” and walked away. It felt dismissive and extremely unprofessional. When he finally handed me my food, he dropped it into my hand without a word, and I had to go back inside because my drink wasn’t even included in the order.

As a Black woman, this experience made me feel disrespected and invisible. I honestly left wondering if I was treated this way because of my race. I’ve been a regular customer here, but tonight’s visit was deeply upsetting and unacceptable.

Management needs to address this behavior. No one should feel ignored or disrespected in a place they spend...

Absolutely delicious. Ordered from here twice now for my wife and I (2 days in a row because we couldn't wait to get it again). The burritos are such a good value for what you get. I got the chicken tinga burrito first and then tried the al pastor burrito, both with double meat. They were both very good (and the amount of meat I would hope for when you order double meat) and the flavor on the al pastor pork was just delicious especially with the pineapple. My wife loves the adobo chicken burrito and the side of guac we order was much bigger than we expected.

So, I can't speak to the tacos that others were talking about, but if you're looking for flavor and a lot of food for the price, look at the burritos. Also, the yucca were awesome and the surprise sauce it came with (didn't realize it would come with a side of sauce) was also delicious.

After eating it today, I thought "who can I tell to go and eat these burritos" because I want everyone else to enjoy and also I want Bandit taco to do well so they'll continue to be there. And that's why I'm here writing this review for you. Read this review and know 2 things: 1) if you get a burrito, it's going to be well worth the price, and 2) there is plenty of flavor packed in there.

If you like pork, try the al pastor.

...Don't see myself getting chipotle anytime soon. Sorry not...
