I ate my Gamja hotdog too fast to take a photo. Embarrassing: I know. I had found this spot searching for Korean hot dog before and just now made the trip because my appetite does not know business hours. It does now! The place is a great spot to hit after dinner on a Saturday and you won’t regret it. I got the half cheese/ half dog with the Rice Krispie outside (trust me it’s the best ) and the sriracha mayo drizzle. It’s fantastic. The owner came over to personally see how it was and thank me for my business. A rare and special thing in these days. Awesome person, awesome food. I WILL be returning to have more food from lucky dog. I know we all have those people in our family who can’t be pleased: Lucky dog is inside of The Dell, formerly ChefScape, and there are other store fronts to try at the same time. It’s our own little street food culture mecca in leesburg. 6 stars easy.

Edit: back again for a late Saturday snack with chill vibes. The only one left was the ramen dog … not upset. The absolute best crunch of the bunch in my own humble opinion. Snapped a pic this time before it was gone. I gotta come...

My niece was craving a hot dog so we stop at this place called lucky dog. At the registered was this little girl taking the orders ,she was not even old enough to be working there. My niece ask her for a hot dog and fries. She paid for them and got a number one ticket to be called when ready. Nobody else was at the place. After 25 minutes I walked over to the place and ask why the hot dog was taking so long. I got a very rude response from the owner, that they were working on it. I proceeded to tell him that we're waiting for so long and that we were out of town and needed to get back and his response to me was, well I gotta go back to my country. Also I was shocked by his response so I ask to please refund the money that my niece paid for the food. Very rude he refused to do so. At this point I was mad at this this person was talking to me in front of my kids. This happened on November and my niece never got her money back. My husband noticed the way he was talking to us and got involved and ask for the money back and he gave us a receipt but money never transferred back to my...

First and foremost I hate leaving bad reviews but this one is worth every min. Our second time going here we had family out of town here. First impression means everything well this impression left a bad taste not only for me but my family. We ordered a simple hot dog and fries. There is a child taking the ordered time passes 15 min and we asked how much longer he had to wait. The adult very unprofessional says he had alot of orders we were the only ones at the place and we were ordered number one. He wait few more min nothing is happening. We get the hot dog but the fries the man says wait longer so we asked what was taking so long he gets very rude snatches the hot dog and says he doesn't want to served us any longer. So we asked for our money back he says it will be refunded the way we paid which was a card. Needless to say we never got our money back doesn't matter if is a dollar or 20 dollars The money was never refunded. I'm not sure what the man's problem was but that was the last time we would ever go back to that place. Is a shamed to get treated disrespectful not...

I hate to share this poor review but after my visit today, it had to be done. I ordered an LA dog and truffle fries. The dog came out between 10 and 15 mins and had one pepper and two onion slices on the entire thing. The bun was half empty which started our disappointment. Wasn’t bad but not really good either. We then waited an additional 25 mins for the truffle fries to come out. I kid you not.. this is what we received. Stale regular fries with a truffle mushroom on the side? This cost $7 and took almost 40 mins to “cook.” I know they were understaffed for 2pm and gave them the benefit of the doubt for the wait. The worker was definitely doing his best today. But, i had to draw the line with the $7 truffle fries. I’m completely shocked at what I received today.

An Amazing hot dog restaurant. The food was quick, authentic and really hit the spot. My family got the Classic, NewYorker, Chicago dog and fries. We all loved our food. The restaurant and their restrooms were spotless and very clean. The owner Art took time of his busy day to check on us and even described how he makes the ingredients fresh everyday. I highly recommend Lucky Dog for the family. Art even mentioned that hosts birthday party’s and does catering if needed. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Lucky Dog for the amazing food and great value. I am very impressed.
