I ordered through the mobile app for the location in Leesburg (by the mall). When I pulled up to the window the associate (I think she said her name was Marjorie?) told me they were out of the new wraps (both the chicken and the chorizo). I ended up getting a sandwich instead. Then she comes back to the window and tells me they are out of 2 of the donuts I had ordered in our half dozen. So I told her which 2 donuts to replace with. She hands me my drink, the donuts and a bag with my sandwich. I inform her that the everything bagel minis were missing/not in the bag. She walks away again and comes back and hands me a new bag. When I looked in the bag I noticed that they are regular bagel minis and not the everything bagel minis. I called her back over (because she walked away again) and told her I wanted the everything bagel minis and she SMILES while telling me "oh we are out of those too". I told her she did not inform me of that and asked for a manager at that point. She told me there was no manager on duty AT ALL. I asked her for the corporate number and she said they don't have that. So I asked her for the owner/manager phone number and she said that she doesn't have that and I could come inside another morning when the manager is in. HORRIBLE SERVICE. And this is not the first time I have had bad service at this location. Almost every time I go there it is bad. I love the Eustis and Tavares locations because their employees are so nice. The employee this morning was not apologetic at all about not having a lot of the items on my order and was even sarcastic/smiling when informing me so. On top of all that the 3 donuts I requested for my young children did not have any sprinkles (and I ALWAYS order the sprinkles for them). We did not find out about them not having sprinkles until we got home and opened the box. My little ones were very...
Read moreAs an employee of this restaurant, they say the customer is always right. This is true, but not all the time. If the employee is being berated and put down by the customer, the employee cannot defend themselves as they would want to. They have to bite their tongue and smile and let the nonsense continue. Imagine your being talked to like a 2 year old. Now mind you, just because I work in fast food does NOT mean that I am going to be here forever. Everyone has their goals and dreams set up in their head to provide a better life for themselves or their family. But it is very hard to get through the day when the customer thinks that your life doesn't matter. In my experience I have just let it roll off my shoulder and move on.
Some customers will say that if they come in the store instead of going through drive thru that the workers In the store don't care. This is completely FALSE!! It is not that we don't care, but the drive thru is on a timer and we only have a certain amount of time to take the order, cash out, and deliver the products to the customer. So the next time that we ask to hang on, or better yet, if I am working I will have someone else take care of dt and I personally take care of you. I have been with Dunkin for about 2 years, with a year in between as I just started back a couple weeks ago. No matter what job I have, even if I'm scrubbing toilets as a janitor or whatever, I work for my money and earn it the right way. Unlike one employee in management that milks the clock everyday. I truly care what I'm doing. I am currently looking for an apartment managing job as that is what I am interested in, but I can't pay the bills without a job, so when I put on my hat and apron every morning and walk into Dunkin donuts, be sure that when I'm working, every customer will be taken care of, because you know, the customers...
Read moreI went in this morning - waited in an 11 person line. Took about 25 minutes to get to the cashier. I got up there, placed my order with an extremely rude cashier and paid. After looking over my receipt I realized she did not put 3 of things I asked for on our order. I went to the pick up window to grab my coffees (still waiting on our food) and asked the woman what she proposed I do about all the missing food off of my order. She rolled her eyes at me, shrugged her shoulders, and said I need to get back in line to order the rest of my order. I was furious at this point. The line was still up at 6 or 7 people. So I went back and stood in line. My food STILL wasn't ready, even after waiting in line for the 2nd time!! The cashier was rude all over again. The coffee I ordered and was drinking was disgusting. I order the exact same thing at Dunkin every time I go, so I know how it SHOULD taste. We finally got our food, only for half of it to still be frozen!! D: This is the Dunkin closest to my house, and I will never come back here. I have never been ore frustrated at a place that is supposed to bring me to life on my way in to work. All in all I spent well over an hour and a half in here! NEVER AGAIN!! If I could rate it with negative...
