Dunkin' — Restaurant in Leesburg

This place is a joke I quit coming here about 5 years ago and today reminded me why.but today I decided to give them another chance it had been about a year since I came and I can say the quiet atmosphere was a nice change from the employee/teenager hang out spot I experienced last time which included hearing who was having sexual relationships with who from employees on and off duty but today it was quiet as a mouse as there was not a single customer there when I entered and only 3 total why I was there with y’all got their orders before me. I had ordered online when I got there and I sat for about 15 minutes waiting for my Coolata which is OK because I just got off at eight hour shift at my job so I was a little tired but I sent it to people who came in right after me get both their orders so I said I might as well just go to the bathroom because I was waiting to after I got my order is in the bathroom about 10 minutes. I came out still no Coolata and I saw another customer leaving with their order so I said again goodbye in the 10 minutes. Finally I walked up to where you pick up your drinks and they told me hold on a second movie night with you I tried to say I already ordered, but they turned it back on me so I waited about another two minutes and that’s how they can help me. I said I had already ordered when I first walked in the door online. and after discussion between three employees they asked when I ordered it and I said when I first logged in about 30 minutes ago and then she looked and there is my drink sitting by the drive-through register and she said oh Nathan and gave it to me and there is no straw and they saw me searching everywhere for a straw looking stupid so finally, I had to ask may I have a straw and they said oh we don’t have any I was like OK which turned out being OK because my coolata had zero ice left in it instead I got this room temperature vanilla water is best way I can describe it I thought about asking for a replacement, but I was scared of how long that would take so I sat down and just try to relax. I had a hard day at work at about 1030. I got up, and I went to go look at the donuts you guys think of maybe grabbing a doughnut on my way out and the woman behind the counter asked me what I wanted rushing me I try to explain to her I was seeing like donuts were available because I was we thinking of grabbing one on my way out and then she did not even give me a chance to look at or order one and this is my favorite part she tells me the lobby is closed and I had to leave so even if I would have wanted to doughnut I couldn’t have got one he was very rude and I still said OK and I apologize telling her if I would have known lobby was closed or closing and I would have got my donate or made sure I was out the lobby before they closed and she rushed me out the door and locked it behind me which caused me to leave my cell phone lying inside, and I had tried, knocking on the door and waving to get someone’s attention to note avail and had to walk around to the drive-through window, which was very dangerous because I was Sam and Jimmy dream two cars at one point and I had to yell at her excuse me I think I left my phone in the lobby and she said OK and she didn’t meet me at the front with it and I apologize again and told her to have a nice day and she shut door so that will be the last and final time I come to this location I would rather take the extra time or gas to go the one on 27 which I think after driving the distance there and back it ends up being faster so I kno every restaurant has a bad day but after horrible service so bad I quit going and then the two chance I give them years...

For the past 3 month's this store has gone completely down hill! Service is terrible, unknowledgeable staff, no gloves, no hair nets. Coffee tastes horrible, always messing up food order's. Staff grabbing donuts with no gloves, staff getting upset if you ask them to stir your coffee after adding flavoring/sugar. You use the app to order food and you get there and they are closed. Can't get any sandwiches, no one there knows how to prepare them.

Today, inside store closed, mobile app turned off....yet 10 people working behind counter. Now they say this store will be a training store??? How about getting a manager to stay at this location for more than 2 months in a row. Train people to know what they are doing, before training anyone else. I got coffee and 2 blueberry muffins this morning. I received 1 muffin in a bag of its own, 5 minutes apart. The coffee I ordered was with flavoring. They got the flavoring from an empty container and just kept going, although nothing was coming out. Had them remake my coffee and it was so horrible. I had to drive to the village's store to get an actual coffee that didn't taste horrible.

This location is a -10 easy, go somewhere else to get...

Leesburg DD your drive thru I never go in because I am a very polite person, I feel like if I am ordering a lot food or a sandwich that takes time to cook , I should just go inside, so no problem until numerous x you have a paper on door stating: inside closed due to short staff ! not enough employees. what's up with this continuing problem ? Managers : please figure out a solution already!! some incentives for people to want to work there and stay there, when I do get inside Always new faces. Friendly employees and they smile but the 2 young boys that took my order Friday 4th had me pay for bagel bites...then 6 minutes later told me they did not have any. I'm an easy going person , but the bites are $4.59 the one boy say to me can I give you an Xtra tator tots to replace the bagel bites. I say yes but that is only $1.19 so give me Xtra donuts and we will call it even. Please boys , check and know your prices before substituting an item. Also please give a lady who is very thirsty after work 😫 (was wearing a cna smock hello...off work now and thirsty) open your eyes to customers with work clothes, you gave me my drink Last.
