Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Leesburg

I went into this location for the first time with my girls and mother n law. We were so excited about the $7 meals that I had just saw advertised on Instagram. When we walked in I shared that this was our first time here and were really excited to try the food! The gentleman at the register told me he didnt know what I was talking about. He then asked a co worker and she said she didnt know anything about it as well. I then said, its okay. Ill just order anything. What do you recommend? What's popular? The guy at the register then handed me a hand menu to look at myself. I was soo disappointed at this point, but my girls were excited so I continued to look for meals for us. We ordered and the mac n cheese was mediocre; warm , but nothing fantastic! I also had the zucchini noodles with chicken and it was great! After dining I asked for a to go lid as well as a bag. The same guy told me he isn't supposed to give me a bag. I asked if I needed to pay for it and then he said no just take it; its okay. I will never return to this location. There is a lack of great, good, and even satisfying customer...

The experience I had on a recent visit was much better than the previous one, several months ago. The problem was that my noodles were undercooked, twice. Many people don't seem to understand that corn or rice noodles don't cook the same way as wheat-based noodles. Too little, and the noodles are crunchy; too much and they're soggy..

So I stayed away for a few months until the kitchen staff could turn over and get new cooks. When I went here last week with a family member, they actually had zoodles- zucchini noodles. They were delicious! And cooked just right. I'm happy to see a Paleo option on the menu; and the staff seem to know how to cook it properly. And it's an easy way to get more vegetables in your diet.

It was nice to see the Thai soup offered as a side, in a smaller quantity, but it tasted way too sweet - I would not...

I've ALWAYS experienced nothing but professionalism and happiness and friendliness at this location..

Even sitting at the table to eat, several different team members stop by to ask if everything is OK and offer to get me something else. I'm blown away by this to be honest because you don't see this level of service in an environment where you order at the register and sit down.

And the food has always consistently tasted great. And when you leave, they all ask if I enjoyed what I ordered.. this didnt happen just one time, this exceptional level of service happens every time I’ve been at this location. Wow.
