It's a business park. We've been in two of these spaces and both were so-so. They have ev chargers but 80% are all out of order. The bathrooms are fine, but have some weird plumbing quirks. The leased spaces are okay, but the layout is a bit odd on some of them. Oh, and I guess they have a food stocking service maybe for like canned drinks and snacks? If that is them, then they over charge that by an...
