Learn more0 stars for their business operations for an annual subscription charge without notification or reminder, designed for my "convenience." Clearly there is a lack of communication to notify / remind customers like me that their Get Out Pass account is a subscription-base that "automatically renews for our convenience...annually." I would prefer to receive a reminder email / notification that my new Get Out Pass renewal comes due on a specific date in time to choose to renew the pass or elect to cancel it before I am automatically charged for a new pass that I have forgotten about. This led my wife and I to cancel our visa card, believing an unexpected charge to our bank account is fraudulent. This is a major hassle and inconvenience to change scheduled charges tied to a debit card. Have you gone through that? It takes a lot of time to chat and speak to buseinsses to re-set up discounts for automatic charges tied to a debit card that was cancelled due to suspected fraud! Not a fun experience! Such a pain in the hind quarters that a simple email and communication would have resolved. Why? Root cause, charge wasn't made in Dec 2024. No notification to remind me of said charge. When the charge goes through, We forgot about it and think its fraud. For this experience alone is why I give the Get Out Pass operations practice a 0 star rating. **After speaking with my wife after I worked with the chatbot and my bank, she remembers making this purchase in December 2024. Why not charge me in Dec 2024? Why charge me on July 11, 2025 when we have clearly forgotten about this and we have no Get out Pass in our possession? Are you kidding me? This negates everything the support /AI Chatbot said and it didnt even link to the purchase but spat out that due to the July 11th purchase being within 60days I could receive a refund? Terrible operations and service. I cant make this crap up...it keeps getting worse. Seriously, the business operations need some massive updating. Its 2025 now. Get organized and save countless other clients from having this...

Read moreI bought the pass originally in March 2024. At first it seemed like a great idea. So the first spot we used it at was The Aquarium. We were in and out of there within 20 minutes because my toddler (2) had a giant meltdown, screaming, throwing himself to the floor and making a scene. So we had to leave. That was the first and only time we used it. As I looked through all the options they offer, I realized that my 2 year old and my older kid (8) cannot go to a lot of the places, as my older has a disability. I paid well over $100 for the pass and I'm a single mom barely making ends meet. I thought at the time it was a good deal. Another problem was that most places are too far away from where we live. So I decided to email Get Out and explain my situation and I requested a refund. I was sadly disappointed when they emailed me back. They explained it was past the time allotment to refund it plus I had already used it. So they denied me a refund. I was upset and surprised that they "couldn't". Yes I did use it but having a baby throwing a tantrum and having a disabled child was just a lot and VERY difficult. I left the place in tears, we had to drive back home which is 45 min away! The fact that they didn't try to understand why I requested a refund is disappointing and disheartening. And again we are too far away from most of the places. And right now I could really use that $, to most it's not much but for me and my boys that's groceries and food on the table. I'm left feeling like they sent me an auto reply and just didn't care, just wanted my...
