Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup — Restaurant in Lehi

We have been to another location of Cupbop before and enjoyed it. This location was disappointing. It took us 40 min to get our food after ordering it and it wasn’t even very busy. The order was missing several items. Then the second round was still missing an item we had to wait on. We had seven orders and nothing was labeled so we weren’t sure exactly what was what, especially if people ordered the same thing, but different spice levels. Some of the noodles were crunchy and none of the food tasted as good as when we had it before. There was a young man working that I know was overwhelmed, but was at least trying and stayed professional. I think they were understaffed and the young lady was stressed and I could empathize with that, but also very unprofessional cussing out coworkers and talking sharply to guests. I stopped today for the first time to try this restaurant. I have never had food from any location. I ordered the Combo Bop with Korean style tangy fried chicken and Korean style BBQ chicken. I also asked for the #6 sauce. I also added the mandoo dumplings and a drink. I was really disappointed with the food. The BBQ chicken was cold and the tangy fried chicken was on the drier side and the breading was not crunchy. It tasted like it came frozen from a bag and cooked in a oven. the white rice was a little dry and clumpy. The noodles were lukewarm. There was not a lot of sauce added either so it had no affect on the taste dish. The mandoo dumplings were really chewy. The whole meal seemed like if the food that was served was old and not kept at the right temp. I spent close to $16 on this meal and i regret going there. This is a one and done for me. Every other cupbop location has been a hit it out of the park home run. This location had two employees on a busy Saturday night. The poor people were working as fast as they could, and it still took an extremely long time to get our food. I am writing this in the hope that whoever owns and runs this cupbop will stop cutting corners on employee count. This was the worst cupbop experience I have had to date. My girlfriends veggie cupbop had cold vegetables. Their kiosk was broken for self order. It kept lagging out. We waited 18 or so minutes to get our food after waiting 8 minutes in line to order.
