Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lehi

I am not one to normally provide negative reviews. I try to give the benefit of the doubt and be reasonable. Unfortunately, this Domino's location has left me no other option beyond making this post to make the public aware.

This evening, I placed an order online. I was informed that my order would be delivered within 25 to 35 minutes. After the order was not received after close to 90 minutes, I called the store to inquire. The employee and store manager I spoke with were not all too interested in rectifying the situation. An apology for the inconvenience was never offered. When I specifically asked what this store would do to make the matter right, I was offered a 20% coupon off my next order at regular menu price. That is an offer that is already available on Domino's website. After being placed on hold, I spoke with the manager, who seemed inconvenienced to be having to speak with me. The only explanation I was given was that the store did not anticipate the volume of orders and that they were short-staffed. While I am understanding of such, why couldn't this store notify me of such prior to ordering or give me an update on its own volition?

After some additional haggling, the store's manager reluctantly agreed to not charge me for the order. It's now been more than two hours, and my order just arrived. Needless to say, I will not be giving any future business to this...

I used the dominos tracker when I was just beginning my journey to the nearest dominos location. Upon arrival I left my tough f150 running as I strolled in wearing my flip flops. The attendant was kind, upbeat and straight to the point. I received my order swiftly and the card reader accepted my preferred method of payment with minimal delay. I always get what I paid for, as in, I always know what to expect with my dominos orders. The quality is consistent at this location, and that’s what America needs in this time of political turmoil. I believe with all my knowledge and experience that dominos pizza is the best pizza chain around. Having worked at 3 of your so called “competitors” pizza chains, I can attest, you have no competition. I spoke to my wife while eating the pizzas we bought this enjoyable September evening that this is the best pizza place around. She humbly agreed with me as she knows I’m in charge of actually deciding where we go to eat. I actually ordered this pizza last minute cause i shorted a fuse in our house plugging in the dryer and we were outta options for dinner. Knowing that dominos is reliable , consistent, and affordable for the amount of food I need, it was an instant go to. I opened my app, selected my coupons of choice and hit...

The last two times we have ordered from this location we have received dry pizza with very little sauce. Surprisingly the flavor was good if you were able to handle the dry texture. They said the pizza was fresh when we picked it up. We live under 2 miles from this location and the pizza was still warm when we got home. Maybe the pizza was overcooked or it had been sitting in a pizza warmer for some time before it was given to us? I don't know what happened. But again the last two times we've ordered from this location we had the same experience. Also both times our pizza has been poorly cut. Which results in the pizza ripping when you try to take a piece. Not the end of the world but certainly not ideal.

Our kids were so excited to have pizza for dinner and none of them at more than one piece because it was so dry. They normally eat 3+ pieces on pizza night.

Giving a 2 star rating because the flavor was good just the texture was terrible. We have had better pizza from Little Ceasars which would have cost us half of what we paid tonight.
