This location is a nightmare. Beyond unprofessional unethical.
Whoever runs this place should be Ashamed.
Iâve ordered delivery FROM THEIR WEBSITE twice. The first time it took 4 hours to get there. And food was missing. The driver apologized and told me there was a mix up with food.
The second time was beyond atrocious and showed the utter carelessness showed by the âhospitalityâ industry these days.
First off, if youâre going to advertise delivery on YOUR website, donât use Uber or DoorDash, hire a damn driver. Itâs purposely deceptive. Secondly, if I order food THROUGH THE BEEF OBRADYS WEBSITE and something goes wrong, yes it is your responsibility to fix it.
I am a stay at home mom with a newborn so making food is pretty much impossible. My degree is in Hospitality and Iâve worked in restaurants for over a decade.
Everything I experienced here was malpractice and just plane Stupid.
My food was delivered via DoorDash and I was given food from wing stop. Of course I didnât notice until it was too late- itâs not my responsibility to notice and I had a baby in my arms.
I called the store to be answered by this woman, I think her name was Becky- it was whoever the owner of this restaurant is idiotic enough to leave in charge and alone on a Friday⊠she was Entirely incompetent.
When I told her what had happened her response was âI donât know what to tell you.â Failure number 1. You Never say that at work, are you kidding me? The correct answer when you donât know what to do at WORK is âlet me find out for youâ or âlet me get someone who can work this out for you.â
She tells me I need to âcall the delivery serviceââand I told her that she IS the delivery service since I ordered on BEEF OBRADYS DOT COM.
She explains that she has no idea how to do the very basics of her job- honestly, I live two minutes around the corner from the place. Had I screwed up that badly I would have just had the kitchen remake the food and drive it over.
I tell her she can give me a refund or resend the food- both impossible apparently even though that has never been an issue at any restaurant Iâve worked at- corporate or not, and she tells me sheâs going to try and figure it out- of course she never gets back to me- I call back an hour later to check in.
This lazy moron tells me she still has no idea and her boss will have to figure it out. Because Iâve worked in the industry, I try to help her out. I tell her she can just have the food made and sent out- nope apparently thatâs impossible without a higher up. I tell her to refund me- nope thatâs impossible without a higher up. I say okay you can go on the website and reorder the food the exact way I did- she plays dumb as if she doesnât have a smart phone in her pocket and tells me âI donât have the capability to do that as I only have a POS in front of meâ. So I tell her to issue me a gift card for the amount I spent and Iâll redo it- way more work than a customer who has been FAILED should be expected to do but I was willing to help her out.
Nope.
I asked to talk to someone else but Surprise! This moron is the only one working.
So why on earth is somebody so Incompetent and unable to solve a basic problem being left Alone in charge of your restaurant? Utterly ridiculous.
She tells me Iâm basically screwed until her boss get in but he will give me a call- Surprise! He NEVER does.
So I call back three hours later- same girl and of course sheâs telling me how she spent â3 hours trying to help meââŠthis broad did not give me a single chance phone call to update my and my money is still missing.
She tells me she âfigured it outâ and Iâm going to have to contact door-dash to try and get my money back.

My family and I come to this Beefs at least 3 times a month, and we are no longer going back. Tonight we received a drink with a fly in it, our waitress was newer and she was busy with another table, so we asked another waitress to please tell the manger, John, to come and speak with us. So she went, came back and asked what was wrong, and we told her, she then took the drink off the table and walked away. She came back after about 10 minutes with a new drink, not what we asked for, and then she walked away (that drink was not consumed, we gave it back to another waitress) We still waited for our food for another 30 minutes at least, and once we received we asked for him the manager yet again. Mind you, he walked out a few times, stared at our table, and would walk straight to the back! At that point we were just ready for the check, the check was brought to us and weâre still charged for the drink with the fly! We paid, and walked out, while another customer proceeded to tell our waitress not to let us bother her, when we were polite to her the entire time. After my family had left, I went back and tipped our waitress again and wanted to reassure she did a great job, then the manager decided to walk behind her that time. So I directed my attention to him and asked him why he couldnât simply come to the table and apologize, and he proceeded to tell me he was slammed in the kitchen, and it wasnât possible to come speak with us. Again, he walked out many times to look over and went back to the back. Also, we were here for over an hour, and he told me I was a liar and was not sitting there for that long.
John, I really hope you learn something from this, and decide to up your customer service skills. When thereâs a fly in one of your drinks, come out and apologize. We werenât going to argue, we just wanted a simply apology and you couldnât even do that. Maybe you should be running a...
   Read moreHad lunch here today. I was really surprised cuz the food was good the last time we went. I think maybe management has changed because I know the food sure has. We ordered wings a burger and a Ribeye steak sandwich. The wings were not crispy. They were like baked wings covered in barbecue sauce. The hamburger was one of those frozen patties that you're not sure if it's real beef for what. My ribeye sandwich was not cooked properly and the meat was full of fat it looked nothing like the picture on the menu. The sandwich was terrible the best part of the sandwich was the bread. I made a journey to the bathroom and it was pretty clean. The rest of the area in the back looked like it had not been maintained for a while. Our food was not served at the same time. The burger came out first then finally the wings came, we had to wait even longer for the sandwich. It was undercooked ribeye so I figured that's what took so long. The waitress offered to replace my meal but we did not have time. She was polite and was a good waitress. I think they may be under staffed, either way the food seriously needed help.
