I was very excited to try Nonna’s ice cream. I arrived there and was given a negative attitude from the moment I started ordering. First, the menu was not consistent with the flavors online and I was disappointed to find the selection of the 12 ice cream flavors did not match what was in their display photos. Second, the worker taking my order did not use manners and instead said things such as “What do you want” and was rude about telling us where the pickup was for the ice cream. I felt awkward overhearing that while waiting...
