Arby's — Restaurant in Leland

Literally the worst Arby's I've ever been too.. asked for a number 4 meal and some mozzerlla sticks .. and they proceeded to try and charge me more by breaking down the meal and yelling in the background it's the same price .. but it's not. Then I asked for a medium instead of a small for the meal size.. well they gave me a small size and really old (cold and hard) fries in medium sized boxes to be rude and didn't give me sauce for my mozzarella sticks either- which I asked for a small mozzarella stick and they charged me for a large — yet gave me a small.

update.. they also gave me the wrong gyro .. and wrapped old fries into my gyro to be mean.. super rude and spiteful and they I guess don't listen to their customers when they’re suppose to And I even apologized for requesting the meal and it not broken down.. when I asked for the meal in the first place and tried to be super nice the whole time.. so there was no reason to go that far out of their way to be mean / spiteful to a...

We had the worst experience at the Arby’s in Leland off of hwy 17 The Manager and her people working behind the counter were so rude and wouldn’t acknowledge us on the line.. btw there wasn’t anyone eating in the dining area. The three of them wouldn’t say hello while we’re waiting to be served until 20 minute gone by and none of them asked what we would like to eat or ultimately say we have no food. I had to respond and say are we going to be served.? The shift manager rudely said we don’t have any food. What are you serving I said not even an option of meals the look that I got from her was why are you bothering me sort of way and gave me a dumb look like what are we doing there? She didn’t even apologize to us . I think that location needs a well mannered manager or the restaurant doors would be closing from their rude behavior from all three associates that was working there tonight. Had not been by Arby’s literally in years and stopped by Sunday at 11:30 AM for lunch. The restaurant was empty of customers but had two employees working both the drive through and dine in area. The menu has certainly expanded since my last visit and includes hamburgers and chicken. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich with curly fries along with a cherry turnover and wife had a roast beef and cheddar with curly fries. It was as tasty as I remember and the service was quick even with three drive through customers coming through about the same time. The place was clean and the seating was okay but not new. Some of the condiments by the beverage station were empty so had to go ask for them at the counter but were quickly provided. The two staff members were polite and cleanly dressed. Total bill including two drinks was $22. Plenty of parking not hard to get in and out of the lot and...
