I had stopped off in another Starbucks this morning and let's just say they couldn't get my coffee right. I think the girl was new and she did try to fix it. They were very busy at the time so I took the incorrect coffee and left. On my way to work I stopped off at the Leland store and asked if they could just charge me for refill I really didn't want to pay $14 for one coffee the other one I certainly was not going to drink. I threw it out. The girl at the counter was amazing she said no it's on us today! And she made sure that our communication was correct made it exactly how I like it and that is what I call customer service! Even though it was not their store who had made the mistake she still held the company to standards and took care of her customer I respect that very highly!! So thank you Jazz for making sure my day was started with a good coffee and I'm sure my coworkers would thank you too lol. Also let me not forget the other associate that gave me the extra bit of sweet cream that I asked for as well at the end. I did not catch her name and I'm sorry but if you see this I Hope You know who You are you girls are amazing being in management myself I appreciate associates taking care of their customers no matter how busy you may be throughout the day or how tired you are for getting up so early and making all those coffee even us picky ones you are...
Read moreI have a bit of a Starbucks obsession. I've tried making something similar to my favorite drink, but for whatever reason it never comes out close. I've visited many different locations in Wilmington and Leland, and this location is my favorite. I order the same drink every time, and this location is by the far the most consistent in giving what I've ordered. There are other locations where my hot drink is more lukewarm or not as sweet. I can count on this location to get it right every time. The staff there is incredibly friendly and organized. Read moreCalled to see if I could a receipt and was told I could come in and get one because Starbucks isn't capable of sending anything digitally. I told them the dates I needed it from and all the details and asked them if I sent someone over to pick them up could they get them, and he said yes. I sent someone over to pick them up only for my friend to be met with horrible customer service and an answer of "no, we cannot help you. We can only go back a week." How is it I can talk to one person who said they can do it and then go to great lengths to send a friend over there to only have them be met with the opposite response.
