Don’t recommend this place. I am not one to right reviews but I can’t believe you operate a place with so many incompetent employees and on top of that they can’t issue refunds. First time coming inside a Dunking Donuts in ages, ordered from the Kiosk and it let’s me place my order. I normally do it online and if their is no donuts available it won’t let me place the order. Ordered a coffee, a dozen of donuts and some other stuff. They give me my coffee and I sit waiting for the rest of my order. Patiently sitting there thinking they were preparing my order. Ten minutes go by and one of the employee ask me what am I waiting for. They didn’t even looked at the receipt. I told them I am waiting on the donuts and my other stuff. She’s like oh we only have this ones left. I’m like it’s ok, just give me the rest of my stuff and refund me the money. She’s like I can’t give you a refund because my manager is not here and I don’t know how to do so. You can come tomorrow morning and have your refund. Why would I have the inconvenience to come here again just because you don’t know how to do your job. A this point my patience went out the door. She calls someone/manager on the phone and she has her on speaker so I can hear her say why she orders donuts if she sees we don’t have none. Like are you serious now it was my fault. At this point I was ready to snap the sh*t out of these two employees. So she ended up giving me a gift card which I didn’t want because that wasn’t my form of payment but I had no other choice and just left because I can’t deal...
Read morethis dunkin is conveniently close to my house but avoid it because of constantly wrong or low quality orders, long waits, remakes that taste terrible and previously being yelled at by one of the employees or what it seem like a shift lead or manager.
I've avoided leaving a review but on my last stop today to this Dunkin location, 5 mins turned into waiting 20 minutes for an espresso when the first cup was nothing but hot sweet milk (common occurrence). another time I ordered a large macchiato and received a medium; begrudgingly I asked for a large because the current drink I had tasted so good but when I received my correct size replacement it tasted awful compared to the medium sized I previously received. another time, what it seemed like a busy weekend morning, I was in line with other people and they seemed focused on the drive thru. the people right behind me started getting restless and loudly voiced their opinion and asked " if the drive-thru gets priority over walkin in clients?", no one answered so he continued to ask the question louder each time until a a manager or a shift lead replied loudly back that they call leave/get out. the people behind upset left then I was helped next by the same manager/shift lead and proceeded to be short and rude to me (I guess believing I was the person who was asking the question)
I guess most Dunkin donuts are known for not being 100% consistent but this is one of the worst...

👮♂️ It is ILLEGAL (Larceny) for any Owner/Co-owner/CEO/Shareholder of a business, to claim/reduce/manipulate any portion of the monies collected/provided by customers, as "gratuity tips," meant for hourly paid employees ONLY! 💰--Keep your hands out of the employee gratuity tip cups, SuJu! That money does not belong to you because you are a partial OWNER, not an hourly compensated crew member!!--
🚧Extra Heads-up for customers: The newly hired employees receive ZERO training (at this location, and possibly at other locations owned by this family!) Crew members are constantly being yelled at for "not knowing" what to do or how to do it correctly. (Which is most likely the reason why a customer accidentally received the owner's personal cup of coffee...scroll down through the other reviews and you will see what I am talking about!) Once hired, the new employee is told to "just get in there and start", without any other form of instruction (Except for the instruction by Suju to "Not use the cases of Clorox cleaning wipes, they're too expensive to use!")
