I'm not sure I've ever seen a business so poorly run. And a management team so incompetent. I mean if you order a sandwich online it's hit or miss whether you will receive it. Heck the last online order with this store I didn't even get a confirmation email of my purchase. I mean I know they charged me for it because I'm set up to get a text from my bank whenever my credit card is used. So I went to go pick up my sandwich because they have ridiculous delivery charges and fees to get it delivered and since I never got an email I couldn't hit the link telling them I was there for (curbside) pickup. Tried calling the store. Of, course no one answers. So I went inside and went to the Togo rack. Nope no sandwich. Well there was a 5 person line already in there so I wasn't going to wait to talk to someone only for them to tell me they hadn't made my sandwich so I left and sent an email to corporate. An hour after my sandwich should have been made I get an email saying my sandwich was now ready. AN HOUR??!!! I asked them to have it delivered, because you know, I'm at work and can't leave work just because they did not fulfill their obligations. The Area "Manager" tells me they can't do that. I don't care if you personally have to deliver it, get me my order. The lack of customer service and concern for their F^&* up...
Read moreWent in today all excited and realized after getting in line that the lady working the line had some sort of odd half face shield that basically only covered her chin and diverted her spittle out towards the vegetables she was hovering over while talking to a customer. It was so gross. There were also 2 men behind the counter - both masked appropriately. The one at the beginning of the line must had seen the sheer terror in my eyes at what was going on and thankfully created my sandwich from a distance from her. HE IS A HERO- she should be fired- its in excusable and she is probably the manager which is why she is still has this job. I hope she reads this and realizes how disgusting and irresponsible she is- because of her I will never go back to that location. The young guys deserve not just a raise, but her position- management...

Walked through the door and the employee on the line looked at me like please don't bother me, I was ready to turn around & go back out the door until the guy said welcome to Subway with a pleasant attitude that is the only reason why I didn't go to another store. The guy fixed our food, the bread was terrible, vegetables looked dry, spinach look like it was spoiling. I ordered the steak 6 inch bacon was half done. The guy tried his best to fix the sandwich right, I told him that he is the reason this store is open his co-worker is running the customers off with her attitude. He said she is having a bad day & working off 3 hours of sleep, well isn't that a good reason to give poor customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUBWAY, it's worth going to another...
