Went at 3 am on a Wednesday 16SEP21 took 20 minutes to get food. Food was incorrect. Called spoke to manger who refused to give full name but she said it was Elizabeth. Told me she gave right order. Order Was completely wrong, she would not listen to what I really ordered and then hung up on me twice when I called. I reported this to corporate so we will see if Elizabeth has a job or not tomm. Elizabeth you are extreme unprofessional and you should not be a manager much less employed by McDonald’s. I come to this McDonald’s and many others, you are by far the worst manager and the most unwilling employee to make an order right. In my opinion you should be reviewed and closely watched. Your behavior, following protocol, and hanging up the phone on customers in the middle of Conversations are something management should never do. I hope there are consequences for you and if not I hope McDonald’s makes my order right and satisfies my simple request. Elizabeth has been the worst McDonald’s employee I have dealt with in any state or location. Corporate should evaluate her if that’s even her name. She was very unwilling to even give a name. I wish we could have resolved this without a bad review. I mean come on it’s McDonald’s McChickem, McDouble and a fry. Waited 15 minutes and order was incorrect. Read moreChanged my review from 3 stars to this. This McDonalds has went so far down hill in the last several months. DO NOT go around midnight period, unless you have cash. This Mcdonalds, unlike others with common sense, will switch over to cash only at midnight no matter how busy it is, or how many cars are waiting in line. A couple of nights ago I arrived well before midnight, at 2338 hrs and was only two cars away from the menu, by the time I made it to the speaker, it was 1 minute after midnight. The guy taking the order, advises me, we are only accepting cash now. There were now at least 12 cars behind me and I am sure not all had cash either. The wait time has steadily increased over the last several months, especially when certain crews are working and its as if they are hoping to make you mad enough to never come back. Well mission accomplished, you will never get another dime of my money, I am more than willing to drive to Granite Falls if I just have to have Mcdonalds. The one in Granite is owned by a different person, the place is cleaner, and the employees nicer. I asked the woman working the window in Granite, if they update registers at midnight and she said no never, they wait until between 0130-0230 and, never if any cars are waiting in line. Read moreJust visited the drive through and was totally disgusted. Yet again. When you pull up to the window and they say the dreaded words “can you pull forward?” I want to scream. I’m tempted every time to say “no, I’ll wait right here for my food.” But, I pull forward like a good citizen. I then proceed to watch car after car receive their food while I continue to wait. I usually wait 2 minutes before I pull out my timer. Tonight was stellar. I ordered then waited 2 minutes to get to the window to pay for my food. Then I received the dreaded request. Pull forward. 2 minutes more waiting. Timer comes out. When it reaches 5 minutes my food arrives. All total 9 minutes from the time I placed my order. This location gets an F for making people wait at the second window or worse, the dreaded parking spot! You might ask yourself “what did she order?” A double quarter pounder. It’s on the menu so it should be ready in less than 4 minutes. I worked at McDonald’s when I was 18 and coincidentally was in charge of the quarter pounders so I have a better idea than most of what it entails.
