We ate there March 2 2023 and I must say we have never ever had a complaint but the BBQ was so nasty my wife even explained and ask the waitress if they had changed BBQ or ways they made it she sa8d no but it tasted like a weird hot pepper n spice taste didn't even tast like BBQ we even poured the BBQ sauce on it to see if it toned it down and no but we told the waitress and all she did was say do you want another plate well umm no if it's same taste it's nasty it's so spicy it un eat able we paid and left 2 p1 plates there n all that had been ate was a few hard hush puppies and she ate her bake potatoes even the beans had a can taste like they'd just been poured out n they were half warm they weren't hot so we want be returning to Hannah and im really shocked bcause as long as they have been open we have ate thee and yea it had been awhile since we'd gone back but the other day. It just kinda made me feel.bad bcause if anything wrong hands has always fixed it or even taken it off the bill. But we paid n left. I dnt no who's cooking or whos ordering diff BBQ but they need to compare that nasty hot peper spicy taste too what there bbq has always been and see that the spicy hot bbq there serving now its nasty and I dnt see people returning too often for that kinda of bbq. Why would the waiter here you saying this is not the bbq that Hannah has always had. It's spicy peppery n can't eat it even with sauce but instead of getting her manager too come speak with us she just says well i can have them.make u u anotjer plate but its the same bbq ????? Started out good. We arrived close to closing time at 8:30 pm. Service was good, food simply ok, came out quick. Come close to 9 pm which is closing time the waitress asked if we minded closing the bill out so they could finish out their register. No problem there. Though after closing out our bill they then decided customer service no longer mattered. They chose to rush us by turning off the lights in our section at 9:05 and have there entire staff come sit up front and watch us as we were finishing eating. First, if you do not want customers keeping you later than 9pm simply inform them that you are not able to accommodate them after a certain time. Second, businesses suffering from being closed down I would imagine you would be happy people chose to support your business and try your hardest to retain their support for future business. Being that is not the case for this business it speaks volumes for the peoples attitudes and character who are running this restaurant along with the owners of it as well. Do to the level of rudeness and disregard for customer service received after they felt they had money in pocket I will not return to this restaurant ever and will be disputing the transaction with my credit...
