Haven't really went to these places too much out of the travels we saw this place it was a pretty and clean looking the main thing was is you know we tried your burger even though we'd already eaten and was pretty good girl was friendly but I kind of hate that she has to step across traffic like that I think it's very dangerous and then when we get to the right lane right beside the window we are killed with exhaust fumes from other vehicles so that didn't feel good for us and I think it's very dangerous for your employee and someday a car is going to hit the gas pedal and it's going to hit one of your employees or they're going to back up or something that is very dangerous and I don't see how OSHA approves anybody the same thing with Chick-fil-A your employees walking in and out between cars is very dangerous to do that it's cold it's rainy it's nasty you need to develop some kind of drive-through like any other drive-thru it works for everybody else just let them pick it up at the window but having people walk back and forth is very cruel and just very dangerous to have people walking in out between cars you never can tell when someone's transmission is going to slip or break fails just think about the Christmas parade that happened in Raleigh where someone got in an accident were a car hit this little girl so I'm just saying you know but the food was good with the burgers we had it will try it more...
Read moreHave been to Dairy-O a few times since they opened. It is hard to order through the drive-thru because it is positioned right next to the highway and it is very hard to hear them and they have trouble hearing us. Sometimes they have staff outside taking the ordered and that works much better. The staff is very good and efficient and the food service is quick. The hamburger is good (not excellent but good enough for fast food), the fish sandwich is good, and the onion rings are good and the food it always hot. Not a big fan of the fries but they would be better if I could get ketchup. For some reason it is impossible to get ketchup! I don't understand why this is hard. I always tell them when I order that I would like ketchup. They list ketchup packets on the order and receipt, and I even ask them again at the window, and I have never one gotten ketchup with my order. Maybe they figure since you are ordering carry-out that you won't bother to go back for the ketchup and they will save money, but really?? This has happened multiple times and I don't understand why it is a big deal to get ketchup for my fries. Overall, I think it is better than Sonic, not as good as Hwy. 55 but good value for fair price (minus my...
Read moreThis North Carolina restaurant chain is a jewel. All together a great place to eat. They aren't kidding when they say, "We're not fast food." Their house-made Ranch is worth a stop just for that. They fry meaty, crinkle cut fries that are just so good, especially when dipped in the Ranch. They have an eclectic and fresh menu and will customize anything -- really anything. They sell a loaded bun. Hot dog bun with any toppings you want, but no dog. Get it with everything. It's a messy delight. They will sell you loaded hot dog -- no bun. Super tasty. They have a chuckwagon -- 60s throwback. They're making smash burgers on a flat top. In an odd twist. They have a chicken souvlaki platter. Excellent and served with Tatziki. And they have a full fast-casual menu of burgers, chicken, wraps, dogs, salads and sides. Their creamery offerings feature an exclusive ice cream brand and are creatively different. They are super allergy conscious. They have separate grills for beef and chicken. If you get a chance, stop at Dairi-O. You...
