McDonald's — Restaurant in Leominster

Slow service most of the time, mess up orders too often.. And my strangest experience was when I was starting to use mobile ordering on the McDonald's app. I ordered our food, went over about 15 min later, and pulled up to the spots out near the exit that say they're for mobile orders. On the app I specified that I was there and which spot I was in. I had my two hungry and exhausted children with me, I thought the mobile order would be quicker.. boy was I wrong! We waited about 20 minutes until finally a younger woman (looked approx 17/18) came outside with no McDonalds uniform on, walked up to my car said order 45 (obv i dont remember the actual #), handed me the food, two empty cups and two straws, and walked away. This left me thoroughly confused because #1- Do you even work at McDonalds? or is your friend working and sent you outside to give me my order? (bc I did see a lot of younger adults loitering inside with the staff) #2 Is there a drink fountain outside that I didn't see or wasn't aware of? Bc I swear I ordered two actual drinks and I am parked outside bc I am NOT coming in.... #3 the order was wrong to top it off. I called and voiced my concerns the next day and was told I could come back with my receipt and get the food they forgot. I told them I'd come and get my money back instead. Nothing offered for the inconvenience factor of it all or for HAVING to come back another day for any reason. I should've gotten what I paid for the FIRST time, so they weren't doing me any favors. I went through drive thru this morning for breakfast . They gave my order away to person in front of me and asked what I had ordered again. Once I told them they said it was going to be an additional 5 minutes to make egg and asked me to pull into a reserved spot and wait . It was pouring rain and said I would prefer to grab it at the window when it's ready as I needed to be. At work and not wait for someone to walk it out. The manager proceeded to scream and yell at me and called me special ed. He then told me that I could wait there all day and that I wasn't going to get my food. I asked for my money back . The service is horrible. They do not know how to handle orders of higher volume or manage the business and blame it on the customer who they are inconveniencing. Went got two fish sandwiches for $6.00. Plus tax. Was going to highway opened one the bun was as hard as wood! Not over cooked like left out on the counter for a week hard! Opened the second it was the same! You can't tell me that they didn't notice how hard the Buns were when they made the fish sandwich! They would have had to felt it and that they served it anyway. I jumped on the first off ramp and came all the way back to that McDonald's to show them I have long nails I'm stabbing it with my nail and couldn't puncture a hole and as she goes to the back and says make two more fish sandwiches she says the buns are too hard but in a sarcastic way which annoyed the hell out of me forget about having it your way just use up the bad stuff and hopefully they're on the highway and don't turn around like I did...
