Today my husband and I went to this Baskin Robin's to take advantage of the $3.49 double scoop sundae, after a difficult dialysis treatment. I believe it was the owner a middle aged man that is of Indian descent. I ordered my sundae and I requested three times that I wanted as toppings almonds, whipped cream and a cherry. He handed me my sundae and he said that I only asked for almonds. He reluctantly added the other toppings with a bad attitude. My husband requested a sundae with two scoops and requested strawberries and cool whip only. He repeated himself numerous times and only received the ice cream. I pointed out the error and he looked at me with what I perceived as hate and started me down. I told him he could keep his sundaes and with that attitude he will go out of business soon. I walked out and went to the Baskin Robin's in Helotes, the manager there was friendly and made our sundaes with loving care. Me and my wife went to get an ice cream today. We reached that at 8:59pm and my wife was at the door when she saw a customer coming out so she stepped to a side to let him out. An employee followed that guy and closed the door on her face telling her we are closing at 9 now due to covid. Remember it wasn't even 9:01 and she was literally at the door. This is beyond basic human courtesy, let go a pandemic in which most businesses are...
