Fast food can have either long waits or bad customer service. This had both. I waited 12 minutes at the speaker to order. When the person finally took my order, she was snappy and rude. I pulled up to the window just to wait another 10 minutes. There was two people in drive thru. When she finally opened the window, she told me my total. I had ordered two different orders to prevent splitting cash and card. So I asked her for the second total as well. She huffed and took another minute to pull it all back up. She finally told me and I paid with a card for the first one. She handed me it back with the receipts and the 2 blizzards, 1 shake, 2 dipped cones, and 2 dilly bars. I asked her to put my cones in cups and she once again got defensive and threw them in cups, cracking the chocolate. She then collected my cash and shut the window without another word. I hadn't gotten my receipt or a straw for my shake. She took another 5 minutes making the car behind me order. She walked by 3 diffrent times, looking directly at me and ignoring when I knocked on the window. During this time I also watched a cook grab his phone with glives on before going back to making food. Eventually she opened up the window again and snapped a "what do you want?" I informed her that I didn't get my second receipt or my straw. She argued eith me saying she had given it to me. I explained to her that I had the first, but not the second. And then when she was struggling to find it, I retold her the order to help her out. She eventually called over anothdr worked for a card and rerung it up for my recipt, which I do appreciate. She went to shut it on me again, but I stopped her and let her know I needed a straw still. She not only sneered at me and looked me up and down. But she then looked at my backseat, where my 5 year old sister was sitting with the shake. She gave her the same nasty look before shoving the straw at me and slamming the window shut.
I am a fast food worker. I understand being understaffed and the only one on headseat. I understand theres little a window worker can do about long wait times, especially with alot of ice creams that take time. But if you have those times, you need to improve your customer service. You need to counteract it better than that. She had no right to give my sister that look nor to get so upset that I wanted a receipt.
I don't recommend this place at all. There are far better ice cream spots in the area. I'd recommend Sonic before this. It was not good nor worth it. The blizzards were...

The manager atgued with my husband about the ticket because it stated burgers! First of all he walked in the heat with a defibrillator from our suote to get dinner! When he returned and saw the wrong items hw call and the District Manager gave him his name apologies and says next yime your in we'll straighten it out! The next day we returned and that is when the store manager assumed we were lying because the ticket didn't state we where charged for 2 Dude Sandwiches. Our bill was $23+! Was it because we're Black! I said choice words to the mananger and left however my husband was angry at how he was neing treated in the dinning atea with all watching!!! My 17 year old finally goes inside to assist dad who is saying if I'm lying how would I know your name and your District Manager's name! Not to mention the price of both sandwiches were the same! So it was equal. Then he says well you should have brought the order back!!!! Idiot!!! Did he not tell hou he walked in the heat from our suite because our oldest daughter had the car at work. And irregardless your District manager said to keep the order since he walked and it was wrong and whenever you go back take the receit and write his name down along with the store manager's name who would be there!!! Read moreCame to eat with my kiddos to try the 2 for 4.99 deal and at first was met with a line to order but once we reached the cashier she was pleasant and polite and quickly took my order . That was at 7:43 pm as per the receipt. We were given our cups for drinks then sat down and waited . Waited , waited and at 8:08 I went up to check on my order . The young lady who took my order initially checked with the cook and told me they were still working on it . I then waited…, waited…, and tried to keep my hungry kids chill before going back up to the counter at 8:39 to see where our food was ? The cashier looked puzzled and said “Oh I thought you were ready for your ice cream cones ?” Then I told we never got our order and she went over to the cook to ask what happened to the order. The cook then looked over at me shrugged his shoulder and said a Doordasher came over so I don’t know maybe he took it ? Then another male employee said he accidentally labeled my order as here to pick up not as Dining In . The cook just went on to say I don’t know but it’s not here . I then waited a couple minutes while the young lady proceeded to refund my money and apologized for the inconvenience.
