Quesadilla King — Restaurant in San Antonio

The Beef inside the Quesadilla was very soft, tender, and delicious so thank you Quesadilla King for NOT making it necessary for me to visit the dentist after eating, not many places seem to know how to cook beef, but this place seems to know! The chicken quesadilla was also tasty. It felt like a Quesadilla, the tortilla was crispy not burnt or soft. The guac was good, and the salsa while not spicy(to me) was pretty good. They also provide you with a pack of sour cream, and you can ask for Pico de gallo. :) I wish it came with beans(refried) but that would of been a bonus and nothing against them. It's just a shame that people at the mall were over looking this place because of the chinese and teriyaki booth next to them, so I do highly encourage that folks try this place out!

Edit - I've finally tried out their barbacoa burrito. It was just awesome and the right size to leave you...

While shopping at Ingram mall we decided to grab a bite at their food court. We walked towards Quesadilla King and we were greeted immediately as we approached their area. I will attach a picture if it allows me. This jerk is the reason behind my review. As we are looking at the menu there is a worker next to him putting salsa in small containers and the jerk in swang his hands and starts literally belittling him in front of us and yelling at him that he's doing it wrong and he pushed one of the containers and told him to get out of his way and to go to the back. He was totally out of line and very unprofessional. We instantly walked away as we did not want to support this business if this is the way they treat their employees! I'm be posting this on my social media as well to expose this no good...

Husband wanted to try this place. Glad we did. The owner/cook is not stingy with toppings or quantity. They make good a** food. From the guacamole to hot sauce. They pack on the cilantro which I love because most places don't give enough. All the ingredients are fresh and anytime we go we're gonna eat here. The owner is just a general good dude. He saw we left and by the time we got in our car to leave my husband noticed he didn't have his backpack which is filled with all his meds and asthma meds. My husband went back to the food court and the owner had it saying "I saw you left and grabbed it for you" I highly recommend this place not just for the good food but to give your hard earned money to an owner that is a good person. Thank Quesadilla King! We'll be back...
