A little weird wanted to use the restroom I'm at that age. Dollar Tree was my primary destination but had not opened yet and so roughly 908am walked into HL asked for the restroom then was blatantly followed around the store captain OBVIE so I toyed with them to teach them not to invade my shopping privacy and my peace . I am extremely intentional when in public highly visible but do not like to be crowded or stared at and even if I was shoplifting wouldn't deter rather the opposite why . Well each OBVIE walk up on and by to the tune of stopping mid isle not re remembering which one I was in and I'd be standing in the next isle watching and they would stop looking around and I stepping right up on them several times they couldn't gather themselves or composure fast enough and literally almost ran face first into the display end caps it was hilarious and I always buy something when. In a store to send the message your perception presumption and assumptive hypothetical scenario is 100% flawed. And I don't even fit the sketchy Shifty narrative . People are so paranoid and I get that but when you have a store that size huge with 4 employees buried amongst the shelves of funk it's quite sad to see them attempt to reverse canvas back in towards would be thieves. I thought they had lost a child or something valuable and were frantically searching for, but it was me they were targeting.so I bought these very inexpensive and annoying as heck Hemetite Magnet's This is a self professed Christian business but the. Accusing tones body language and expressions plus the canned scripted forced verbal interaction was the exiting memory I took with me as I left the awkward and intruded upon store personnel. Think I'll do another incontinent unplanned visit tomorrow morning. If the opportunity presents itself I would be opened to sharing some of my quality assurance and training prowess, that would make any skilled CSR ² SIT UP TO AND TAKE NOTES .. Read moreI hate posting on social media especially when it's a minor thing, but there is no other way to submit a feedback for them to see. I came to this store cause it was near me as I was out doing errands, but it is not my regular store. Maybe that was my first mistake. I work in retail and customer service, and for as long as I can remember the first thing they train you to do is helping the customer is priority vs most things you do on the floor. Depends on your task and your position of course, but at least be somewhat courteous in leading them the right direction. That being said, I had a question in the return policy for fabric because I couldn't find anything online or in the back of one of my old receipts. First reaction I got was that the lady gave a huge sigh and look at me like "what the hell do you want?" I asked my question, got an answer and went on my merry way. I was gonna brush it off and let it be. I've been in her position and I didn't know what kind of day she was having. HOWEVER. When I was about to proceed in cutting, something told me to ask again (a different lady was at the cutting counter) and was given a completely different answer. That upset me, because not only was I about to make a purchase that I have a possiblity of returning thinking I can but now I can't. I was either lied to bc I annoyed the first associate or she didn't care and just said what she thought the policy might be because she was not sure herself. I didn't get her name because I didn't think I would need to, but now I wish I had. One thing is for sure I am not coming back to this location because it just a left a bad taste...
Read moreWent to buy a Christmas tree today was feeling inthe Christmas spirit. The tree I wanted was sold old only the display was available. Employee went to look for the box the tree came in and to find out they don’t have a box for it. So the employee was awesome he was willing to put the tree in some other boxes and pack it for us. Then he went to ask the manager NICK to get the approval ,when he came back he said the manager didn’t approve him to pack it in a box. So I went over there to talk to the manager NICK . Of course he acted like he was busy . I asked him why can’t they pack it in a separate box he stated NO I asked why he said we can’t .I stated “I’m taking the tree just like that “how would I pack it away and he just looked and me and said nothing. I said so how about a discount for not having a box and again SAID NO. I was annoyed at this point and walked out. Bad costumer service employee had a better attitude than the manager NICK at least he was willing to try to help us out. This is what’s wrong with going to the store manager and there attitude.
