I ordered a hamburger got a cheeseburger. One of the kitchen staff came out into the dining area and sat down and started texting on his phone. He had gloves on and put his left hand on his hat and used his right hand to text. Then he left his phone there and went back to the kitchen and started running buns and cooking. Then came back to the dining area and started texting again. This happened 2 more times. I asked the order taker to have the mgr. to come to my table. He can over and I asked him to sit down. He did. I told him about how I ordered a hamburger and got a cheeseburger. He said no problem he would replace it right now. I then told him that I had a problem with the staff member going back and forth as I described above, he stood up and said he was on break. I told him I worked for McDonald's for 4years and if he was on break he should have been off the clock and not running back and forth. He said I'm very busy and I don't have time for this. Read moreI was treated with no respect. I visited on a pretty slow wednesday night. When I walked up to the counter I was ignored for about 5 minutes with workers looking past me. Eventually a manager walked up and asked, “What do you want?”. I told him my order and he was very short with me. I stayed respectful the whole time, I’m 16 btw. He got my food, sat it on the counter, and began to walk away. I asked for sauce and he hollered to another employee go get it. The employee brought me the sauce and I said, “Thank you!”, he did not respond and just walked away. I walked out without any employee saying anything to me, no have a nice day or thanks for coming. I just felt that I was not treated with respect and wanted to share my poor experience...

Other than that, their food is always hot and delicious. So yes , I would recommend making a little pitstop here for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you want...
