Rudeness is the new norm? Drive thru attendants forgot the marinara for my cheese sticks. No big deal and actually happens a lot. I go inside, and notice the drive thru employee meandering behind the counter. "Excuse me miss, I was in the drive thru and did not recieve the marinara for the cheese sticks" in the nicest of tones, bc that TRULY matters. Her response "hold on a sec" with a F you sort of tone. 🤦 "No problem" I respond. She then walks around looks at her orders, picks up a knapkin off the floor, walks over by the drink machine, stands there a sec, kinda looks around. Another lady walks up "sir have you been helped?" "Yes, I'm just waiting on the marinara, I'm from the drive thru..." The first lady now, fresh out of a possible ego trip, decides to finally grab the marinara and run it to me and says nothing with no acknowledgement. I used to live in Indiana. Whenever I came to Michigan I was always so impressed with the customer service. I always had pleasant experiences in restaurants or fast food locations. Lately its just not what it used to be. This review could honestly go onto plenty of customer service industry businesses. Is customer service dead in general? Are people so miserable and out of touch with their fellow humans they place all else above them in general? I worked in the industry all my life. I drop everything to help everyone especially anyone whose been wronged in any way. Even something as silly as this. We need to get back to caring for each other. The marinara is not a big deal and kind of funny. It might not be to someone disabled that has to now jump back in a half hour wait line at lunch time for their original order. Either way, treatment like that should be evaluated at this and so many other locations. I hope that lady has a much better day. The rainy weather must have...
Read moreIf there was an option to give zero stars, I would have, after waiting in line for at least 20+ minutes, almost driving off without them giving me my drinks, only to realize after spending $30.11 that the entire reason we chose this for dinner was the Deluxe Fish sandwiches that are being advertised all over T.V. weren't even in the bag, and then after going inside being given the wrong sandwiches, only to go back in now for a second time to finally get the correct sandwiches, but, with attitude from the sandwich maker, to come home and eat cold food, that was less than satisfying, and definitely not worth my time or money. Very unprofessional, and definitely won't be returning any time soon!! That "other" sandwich in the commercial is looking to be the better option if Arby's can't step their game up and get the food in the bag the first...
Read moreHonestly, I'm not sure what the deal is, but there is some force that's making my order wrong all three times I've been here. I'm a firm believer in three strikes, you're out, and this was the third strike. First there was a meatless sandwich situation, then there was a milshake situation. This most recent order will be called: The slider situation. I ordered three chicken sliders, small fries and a chocolate shake. I was given one slider and a barely full small fry. We were charged for the three sliders though. They also didn't give my boyfriend his receipt, so we have no way to prove that's what we ordered, which doesn't matter, because when I attempted to call (before I found out they didn't give him his receipt) there was no answer. This is now a complete...
