A bit of a split review, so please read on! The pub by itself would totally get 5 stars - it's everything that an Irish pub should be! Super-friendly staff, nice selection of brews, properly pulled Guinness, Irish music (there was even a bagpiper on the day we went but that was special occasion). Spend some time looking at all the pictures and memorabilia on the walls - it's worth it. The food - alas here is the down fall earning only 3 stars at best. The menu is limited (which albeit is okay for a pub) but our corned beef sandwich was incredibly salty. The food did come out quickly and our server pointed out the variety of mustards there were available. Long story short - Definitely stop in for a pint or two but you may want to dine elsewhere if you're hungry.

Beautiful and friendly neighborhood pub. Everywhere you look there's some careful and authentic touch. The soups were hearty and delicious and the live music was amazing. The dart room is a great addition. This place is built and run with care.

Great place to have a drink! One of the cleanest pubs I've been to. Pretty good selection of beers at a decent price as well.

I recently visited the Pub and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, and I witnessed them yelling at multiple guests. One particular incident stood out when a bartender rudely mentioned they were "busy doing something" instead of attending to a guest's request. Additionally, I observed the same bartender pounding on the bathroom door, visibly irritated that someone was in there, justifying it by stating they were the bartender and needed to get in.

As someone with seven years of experience in bartending, I understand the importance of professionalism and customer service. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also creates a negative environment for guests. I expected better treatment and respect for customers during my visit.

Overall, my experience a the Washington Pub was far from satisfactory, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others based on...

This review is long past due which speaks volumes on this bar because it has been a month since my visit and I still feel the need to write about it. We were in town for work with a group of about twelve and we apologetically arrived near closing time. Andrea was our barkeep and she immediately began to take the time to memorize our names and she had it down within minutes. She was the only one working at the time and she handled our food and drink orders with ease. All the soups we tried were just what we were in the mood for. The ambiance is warm, inviting, clean, and organized. If I lived there this bar would be my go-to spot. By the end of the night we were sad to say goodbye. All the best to your...
